The Scarab Orphnoch (スカラベオルフェノク, Sukarabe Orufenoku) was an Orphnoch who assumed the form of an unnamed the man in glasses (眼鏡の男, Megane no Otoko).
History[]

Armed with a rapier, he was assigned by Smart Brain to acquire the Faiz Driver. He tailed Takumi, who started fighting him as Faiz. After a brief interruption by the Auto Vajin to provide Faiz with the Faiz Edge, he was destroyed by Faiz's Sparkle Cut.
Kamen Rider Faiz True Story: Deformed Flowers[]
After Kamen Rider Faiz defeated the Ox Orphnoch with the Sparkle Cut slash, he jumped at him when Faiz created an opening for himself. However, he was intercepted by Kaixa, who appeared in front of Faiz and Mari Sonoda for the first time. The Scarab Orphnoch was soon shot to death by the SB-913X Kaixa Blaygun.

- Marvelous Armor: He has armor-like skin that can withstand a 20mm Vulcan cannon.
- Marvelous Breast: His tough chest is strong enough to break a knife.
- Scarab Grider: He has a removed insect-like shield, that is located on his back.
- Scarab Antlers: He has antlers, on his head, that can catch sound and radio waves.
