Sayo Kadoya (門矢 小夜, Kadoya Sayo) is Tsukasa's younger sister and a character in Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker. She is the holder of the Earth Stone, which allows her to become High Priestess Bishum (大神官ビシュム, Daishinkan Bishumu), whom Shadow Moon manipulated to hate Tsukasa and turn Yusuke Onodera into her puppet.
History[]
Ten years ago, Sayo lost her parents at a young age and became afraid to go outside. She acquired the ability to see other worlds and her older brother, Tsukasa Kadoya, was able to travel between different worlds. But Sayo was saddened that she could only watch him and wait.
When she reunites with Tsukasa after a year, Sayo learns he had lost all memory of herself and his past. The loneliness of being left alone turns into a grudge against her brother. This feeling is used by Nobuhiko Tsukikage, and she reveals herself as High Priestess Bishum, an executive of Dai-Shocker. In addition, Saya brainwashes Yusuke Onodera into Kuuga Rising Ultimate with her Earth Stone.
However, through Tsukasa's desperate pleas, Sayo realizes that she has been used. She destroys the Earth Stone and later makes amends with her brother before he leaves. In the end, Tsukasa continues his journey with a smile, while Sayo herself stepped into the outside world.

- Mind-Control (Formerly): By using the powers of the Earth Stone, Sayo turning Yusuke Onodera into Kuuga Rising Ultimate that turn him into her puppet against Tsukasa. She lost this ability and freed Yusuke from her control when she destroyed the Stone of Earth.
Abilities[]
- Aurora Curtain (オーロラカーテン, Ōrora Kāten)[1]: Sayo's powers that manifested as a silver wall with the ability to traverse time and space. Originally she was unable to use it for her own travel. It is unknown if she was able to use it later on her own adventures.
