- Starting with this episode, the rest of the series aired on syndicated networks instead of Fox Kids.
- This is one of several Masked Rider episodes to use footage from the two 90's theatrical Kamen Rider Series movies, Kamen Rider ZO and Kamen Rider J as well as its main source show, Kamen Rider Black RX.
- This is the first episode in which Masked Rider does not assume either one of his two alternate forms, appearing exclusively in his default one, since first transforming into Super Gold in Episode 8.
