The Sasword Yaiver (サソードヤイバー, Sasōdo Yaibā) is the transformation device of Kamen Rider Sasword, modeled after a mid-length katana with a straight blade. By placing the Sasword Zecter onto the back of the blade's length, Tsurugi Kamishiro can transform into Kamen Rider Sasword. The Sasword Yaiver also acts as his personal weapon, enabling him to perform the Rider Slash attack, during which the blade secretes a potent poison. It was later destroyed by Soji Tendo's Rider Kick.
When not in use, the Sasword Yaiver can be mounted onto Sasword's left leg.

Etymology[]
- The name of Yaiver is a combination of word "Yaiba" (刃, lit. "blade") and part of "Saber" (セイバー, Seibā).
- However, the pronunciation of Yaiver is more closer to Yaiba.
Notes[]
- The Sasword Yaiver is the first transformation gear to be a sword and the only bladed transformation device in both Heisei Phase 1 and 2, which would then be succeeded by the ZAIA Slashriser in the Reiwa Era.
- The scale used by Tsurugi Kamishiro and the one used by Kamen Rider Sasword are different[1].
