Sara (Zi-O)

Template:Characterinfo Sara (サラ, Sara) is Tatsuya Kano's girlfriend who is the orchestrator the new Rider Fight set in 2019.

Character History

Sara is the mysterious person who brought people into the Mirror World to hold the new Rider Fight. While her Mirror World counterpart watches over the Rider Fight, however in the real world, she is actually in a coma after she was involved in an accident caused by her boyfriend Tatsuya Kano, who would become Another Ryuki, as well as her health condition is starting to deteriorate.

After Ren's death in Shinji's arms, Sara declares Kido a winner and she offers Shinji her life and opens a mirror for him to escape to the real world, thus Sara dies in the real world.

Portrayal

Sara was portrayed by Mayu Ura (浦 まゆ, Ura Mayu).

Notes

• She shares the same name as Sara from the American adaptation of Ryuki, Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight, who is the girlfriend of Adam, the original Dragon Knight.
  • Whether this was intentional or coincidental, they have some similarities:
    • They both were in difficult situations; Sara (Zi-O) being in a coma and Sara (Dragon Knight) being held by Xaviax in an illusion respectively.
    • Both of their lovers, Adam, and Tatsuya Kano, were dragon-themed Riders (Unlike Dragon Knight, Another Ryuki is a twisted version of the original), and they were trying to save them from their disasters individually.
  • However, unlike Sara from Dragon Knight, this Sara in Rider Time Ryuki dies within her coma.
• Sara could be seen as a spiritual successor to Yui Kanzaki as her lover, Tatsuya is to Shiro Kanzaki.
