Sara (サラ) is Tatsuya Kano's girlfriend who was the main orchestrator behind the Rider Fight set in 2019.
History[]
Sara is the mysterious person who brought people into the Mirror World to hold the new Rider Fight. While her Mirror World counterpart watches over the Rider Fight, however in the real world, she is actually in a coma after she was involved in an accident caused by her boyfriend Tatsuya Kano, who would become Another Ryuki, as well as her health condition is starting to deteriorate.
After Ren's death in Shinji's arms, Sara declares Kido a winner and she offers Shinji her life and opens a mirror for him to escape to the real world, thus Sara dies in the real world.

- In Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, there is also a character named Sara, who was a prominent figure to one of that adaptation’s Ryuki counterpart, Adam. It is unknown if this series’ Sara was named as a nod to the adaptation.
