Kamen Rider OOO
Kamen Rider OOO (仮面ライダーオーズ, Kamen Raidā Ōzu) may refer to any the following characters.
Forms[]
After Eiji inserts three Core Medals into the OOO Driver, he scans them with the O Scanner, and then holds the O-Scanner up to his chest, he transforms into Kamen Rider OOO. Like Kamen Rider Double before him, OOO has multiple combinations of forms he can access referred to as Combos (コンボ, Konbo).

Each aspect of a combination of Core Medals gives OOO different powers and weaknesses. In a fight, if a particular section of OOO receives a significant amount of damage, the power of that section will be disrupted. If it takes further damage, the power will cut off completely and the section's corresponding Medal will be forcefully ejected from the OOO Driver, canceling the transformation.
In addition, full Combos (that is, three from the same set) are incredibly taxing on Eiji's body, as they embody the full power of the corresponding Greeed. Fatal fatigue is risked when using more than one full combo (as first seen in episode 15). However, Eiji has developed a resistance over time, as he were capable to using all of the combos at his disposal and their individual Scanning Charges (スキャニングチャージ, Sukyaningu Chāji) in quick succession. Whenever a Scanning Charge is announced, Eiji will proclaim "Seiya" (セイヤ) seconds before the opponent is defeated.
Except for the Tatoba, Tamashiy, Super Tatoba, Renai Combos, as well as the whole new CSM OOO figures Combos, the only combinations referred to as "Combo" are those comprised of animals of the same category/family. Mixed category combinations are referred to as Subspecies Form (亜種形態, Ashu Keitai)[1], and are thus referred here by a simple combination name rather than adding Subspecies Form.

Tatoba Combo (タトバコンボ, Tatoba Konbo), also known as the Multi Combo (複数コンボ, Fukusū Konbo), is the default combination of OOO accessed using the Taka, Tora, & Batta Core Medals.
In this form, OOO is armed with the Toraclaw gauntlets, and can transform his legs into Batta Legs to reach enemies that are out of his reach, such as ones that can fly. This combo is also the most balanced in speed and power.
Like the True Tatoba Combo, the standard Tatoba also can dual-wield the Medajaribur and the Medagabryu, as seen in The Shogun and 21 Core Medals.
Eiji transformed into the Tatoba Combo (Purple Eye) (タトバコンボ（パープルアイ）, Tatoba Konbo (Pāpuru Ai)) when Doctor Maki has transfered one of his purple Core Medal into Eiji's body, turning him into a mindless monster. He then made a mad dash for the OOO driver. Upon strapping it on, the signature telekinesis of the purple Medals scanned the Taka Tora and Batta Medals, transforming him into a Tatoba Combo under the influence of the Dinosaur Medals, hence the purple eyes. This form was used only once to attack Ankh for a brief period after said transformation. After that Doctor Maki transfers another purple Core Medal, cancelling Eiji's Rider transformation and forcing him to mutate into the Eiji Greeed (映司グリード, Eiji Gurīdo).
After absorbing a vast amount of Cell Medals, Eiji uses the King's Core Medals which Kougami gave him to transform into a more powerful version of Tatoba Combo, variably referred to as the Ultimate Tatoba Combo (究極のタトバコンボ, Kyūkyoku no Tatoba Konbo) and the True OOO (真のオーズ, Shin no Ōzu)". In this state, OOO's power has increased to the point of momentarily surpassing the purple Core Medals, allowing him to dual wield the Medajaribur and the Medagabryu, as well as defeat a complete Greeed with the Tatoba Kick. However, because Eiji absorbed the Kougami Foundation's immense store of Cell Medals while still having the Purple Cores within his body, these Medals shattered, and the True Tatoba Combo was lost. When transforming with the King's Core Medals, the O Scanner's voice becomes deeper and distorted.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Tatoba Kick (タトバキック, Tatoba Kikku), where after jumping high up through the Batta Legs, OOO descends with a drop kick through the three rings that are formed, which are in the primary colors of the Taka, Tora, and Batta Medals which surround him in auras depending on the Core Medals. When passing through the red ring representing the Taka Medal, he is surrounded in a red veil with wings, the yellow ring representing the Tora Medal gives an aura with claws, while the green ring representing the Batta Medal gives an aura with legs.
Tatoba Combo is composed of the following parts:
Taka:
- OOO Mask (Taka Head) (オーズマスク（タカヘッド）, Ōzu Masuku (Taka Heddo)) - The helmet.
- Taka Head (タカヘッド, Takaheddo, lit. 'Hawk Head') - The black overall helmet. It is a central organ that manages the various O Medals' abilities. The black segments are hardened skin, and are so hard that not even large-caliber magnum bullets can pierce through.
- O Quartz (オークォーツ, Ō Kwōtsu) - A red crystal organ in the middle of the forehead/the 'hawk beak'. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Tatoba's case, it is a red rhombus.
- Taka Eyes (タカアイ, Taka Ai) - The green compound eyes. They are highly developed, and allows OOO to see humans up to 8k away and objects that are as close as 0.02mm away from him. Additionally, OOO can see targets up to 3km away in the dark.
- Taka Shield (タカシールド, Taka Shīrudo, lit. 'Hawk Shield') - The red sections spreading to the side off the face/the 'hawk wings'. It is an exterior shell that protects the face, and is capable of detecting minute air vibrations. Any excess energy generated by the O Medals are released by the Taka Shield into the surrounding environment.
- Taka Sonar (タカソナー, Taka Sonā, lit. 'Hawk Sonar') - The Taka Shield's black segments. They are supersensitive organs that allow OOO to hear sounds excellently.
- Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā) - The mouth plate/the 'hawk tail'. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The neck. It protects the throat. The red segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)) - The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Taka's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ, Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Tora:
- Tora Shoulders (トラショルダー, Tora Shorudā, lit. 'Tiger Shoulders') - The shoulder armor. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the shoulders. They can be used in tackling attacks.
- Tora Arms (トラアーム, Tora Āmu, lit. 'Tiger Arms') - The arms. They are extremely muscular and possess overwhelming power, allowing OOO to lift a 1-meter long piece of iron.
- Tora Guardias (トラガーディア, Tora Gādia, lit. 'Tiger Guardias') - The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that serves to protect the forearms against impacts. It can also withstand the recoil made from attacks by the Toraclaws.
- Toraclaws (トラクロー, Tora Kurō, lit. 'Tiger Claws') - The claw weapons. They can be flipped up to be stored on the Tora Guaria or flipped down to be used as claw weapons. They can easily cut through reinforced concrete walls.
- Tora Knuckles (トラナックル, Tora Nakkuru, lit. 'Tiger Knuckles') - The back hand armor. It not only protects the hands, but supports the power of the Toraclaws, allowing OOO to use them efficiently.
- Tora Grabbers (トラグラバー, Tora Gurabā, lit. 'Tiger Grabbers') - The hands. It is a strengthened exoskleton. It is extremely hard, yet elastic, allowing OOO to exert a strong grip.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Tora's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Batta:
- Batta Legs (バッタレッグ, Batta Reggu, lit. 'Grasshopper Legs') - The legs. It has a thick and supple shape and is imbued with the jumping power of a grasshopper.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)) - The black parts. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability. It can defend the body from diamond-hard attacks.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The green lines on the legs. It is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- Batta Knee Dias (バッタニーディアス, Batta Nī Diasu, lit. 'Grasshopper Knee Dias') - The green segments on the knees. It is a connective tissue that utilises a hardened exoskeleton to protect the shins.
- Batta Ankle Toes (バッタアンクルトゥ, Batta Ankuru Tu, lit. 'Grasshopper Ankle Toes') - The feet. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the feet from the recoil that is generated during Rider Kick impacts.
- Batta Ag Soles (バッタアグソール（足裏）, Batta Agu Sōru (Ashiura)) - The soles. It is the hardest exoskeleton on the body, and serves to protect OOO from the impact created by tremendous energy during finishing attacks.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Batta's section is called O Lung Under (オーラングアンダー, Ō Rangu Andā). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Takatoragaru (タカトラガル) is a mismatch accessed through the Taka, Tora, and Kangaroo Medals.
This combo gives OOO spring-loaded jumps and kicks. When the kangaroo icon on the O Lung lights up, OOO attacks with running kicks while standing upright with a kangaroo tail. Later, this mismatch was lost when Kangaroo Medal disappeared after used.
This form is exclusive to Kamen Rider OOO Hyper Battle DVD: Quiz, Dance, and Takagarooba!?.
Takatoratyra (S.I.C.)

Takatoratyra (タカトラティラ) is a mismatch accessed through the Taka, Tora, and Tyranno Medals.
Although the purple Core Medals are not compatible with the other sets and thus cannot perform Random Combos, in the OOO Combo Change/Super Imaginative Chogokin toyline, the three parts of the two Combos were designed to be able to attach to the other Medal parts to create various unnamed Random Combos.
Takakiriba

Takakiriba (タカキリバ) is a red/green form with his head having the Taka Head's incredible eyesight, his arms having the Kamakiriswords, and his high-jumping Batta Legs.
This is the first mismatch OOO ever used, first appearing in The Gaia Memories of Fate to free himself from the Luna Dopant.

Takakirietar (タカキリーター, Takakirītā) is a red/green/yellow mismatch, he is able to combine the accuracy improving powers of the Taka Head, the speed of the Cheetah Legs, and the Kamakiri Arms' Kamakiriswords.
When its Scanning Charge is activated, OOO uses the Taka Head's accuracy powers to lock on to the enemy, then projects three rings in front of him, which he then charges through with the Cheetah Legs and finally performs a finishing strike with the Kamakiriswords.

Tajadol Combo (タジャドルコンボ, Tajadoru Konbo), also known as the Blazing Combo (炎のコンボ, Honō no Konbo), is OOO's super form, it is a red combination accessed using Ankh's Core Medals: Taka, Kujaku, and Condor. This Combo's primary motif is the Phoenix, often called the king of birds and is a mix of different kinds of birds.
Compared to Tatoba Combo, OOO's punching and kicking power are both increased, along with a slightly higher running speed. His jumping height is slightly decreased, but this is insignificant due to Tajadol Combo granting OOO the ability to fly.
During the final battle, Ankh gives Eiji the last set of his Medals, including the cracked Taka Medal that housed Ankh's consciousness, in order to fight Maki in his Greeed form. In some sources, this form is refered as Tajadol Combo (Final Episode ver.) (タジャドルコンボ(最終回ver.), Tajadoru Konbo (Saishūkai ver.))[2][3] Using the Medals, Ankh's voice announced the name of the Medals instead of the usual O Scanner voice, and the symbols of the Medals took on Ankh's Greeed form's color scheme. This version of Tajadol was unusually more powerful than Putotyra Combo, and projected a set of six phoenix wings behind it. It also housed Ankh's consciousness and allowed him to fight alongside OOO against the Kyouryu Greeed. This would occurr again in the form's future appearances involving Ankh's broken medal.
In this form, the Taka Head becomes the Taka Head Brave (タカヘッド・ブレイブ, Taka Heddo Bureibu), with the eyes becoming red rather than the usual green, wings protruding from the head, and the hawk symbol on the forehead becomimg more prominent. The Taka icon on the O Lung also changes from the full form on the Medal to a more pronounced head, appearing to merge the separate designs into the appearance of a bird.
Using Tajadol Combo, OOO can see far distances, create energy peacock tail feathers to direct at opponents, use the Kujaku Wings to fly, project Core Medal-like energy at its opponents, shoot streams of fire, and use the talon-like attachments of the Condor Legs called the Raptor Edges (ラプトルエッジ, Raputoru Ejji).
Due to its power, Tajadol Combo is more taxing on Eiji than the other Full Combos to the point that prolonged use will cause him to collapse while transformed.
This form is armed with the Tajaspiner that can fire flaming orbs of energy at its opponent. It can also hold a number of Core Medals, enabling him to perform the Giga Scan (ギガスキャン, Giga Sukyan) attack. Tajadol is shown to have an increase in power, speed, and defense, making it the most superior out of the other combos.
Tajadol Combo first appeared in Movie War Core where OOO uses it to finish off Kamen Rider Core alongside Kamen Rider Double CycloneJokerGoldXtreme, then reappeared in the series in episode 20 to fight the Lionkurage Yummy.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Prominence Drop (プロミネンスドロップ, Purominensu Doroppu), where after deploying the Kujaku Wings and Raptor Edges, OOO flies into the air and performs a flying drop kick on the target.
The spelling "Tajyadol" has been used in printed materials regarding this Combo.
Tajadol Combo's theme song is entitled "Time Judged All".

Tajadol Combo Eternity (タジャドルコンボ エタニティ, Tajadoru Konbo Etaniti) is OOO's extra final form, and the evolved version of the normal Tajadol Combo.
Compared to the original latter, Tajadol Combo Eternity is overall the strongest of OOO's Combos, bearing immense strength and extreme jump height to a towering degree. While it also possess flight, it is still slower than Latorartar Combo by minimum.
This form is armed with the Tajanityspinner that can fire flaming orbs of energy at its opponent. It is capable of reading the three Eternity Core Medals, which if used in conjunction with four of Ankh's Core Medals, allows for an Eternity Charge (エタニティチャージ, Etaniti Chāji), which consists of Ankh hurling a phoenix crossed-shaped fireball at the opponent.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is Eternitynence Drop (エタニティネンスドロップ, Etanitinensu Doroppu), in which he jumps into the air and performs a flying kick, with energy peacock feathers sprouting from his back. As he passes through three red energy rings, he also manifests energy hawk wings and four mechanical condor talons. After the kick strikes the enemy, the talons crush them.
This form is exclusive to Kamen Rider OOO 10th: Core Medal of Resurrection.
Takajata

Tamashiy Combo (タマシーコンボ, Tamashī Konbo), also known as the Soul Combo (魂のコンボ, Tamashii no Konbo) and the Monster Combo (怪人コンボ, Kaijin Konbo), is OOO's red and gold combination accessed with the Taka, Imagin, & Shocker Core Medals.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Tamashiy Bomber (魂ボンバー, Tamashii Bonbā), which OOO executes by first gathering energy between his hands, which changes into the symbol of the Shocker Medal. He then launches the symbol at his opponent, and the symbol attaches itself to the chest of the opponent, and as it does, OOO gathers energy in either hand, which form the Taka and Imagin Medal symbols, respectivley, and then launches them at the opponent. The three symbols then merge into the symbol of Tamashiy Combo and explodes.
Tamashiy Combo only appeared in the film as OOO uses this Combo only once before it was lost forever, when the Shocker and Imagin Medals dissolved away when the timeline was restored.
This form is exclusive to OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders.

It starts with OOO jumping up then crashing into the opponent with a body slam followed by using the Panda Claws to spin an opponent before a backbreaker and flinging the body into the air as it crashes into the ground.
This form is exclusive to Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbaride.

Its Scanning Charge is the Kangaroo Champion Puncher (カンガルー･チャンピオン･パンチャー, Kangarū Chanpion Panchā): OOO leaps through three energy rings that are formed in front of him, and double punches the enemy. Like with Tatoba, the ring colors match those of the combo. Later, this mismatch was lost when the Kangaroo Medal disappeared after usage.
This mismatch is exclusive to Kamen Rider OOO Hyper Battle DVD: Quiz, Dance, and Takagarooba!?.

Gatakiriba Combo (ガタキリバコンボ, Gatakiriba Konbo), also known as the Strongest Combo (最強コンボ, Saikyō Konbo), is OOO's green combination, using the powers of Uva's Core Medals: Kuwagata, Kamakiri, & Batta.
Using Gatakiriba Combo, OOO's punching power is slightly lower than Tatoba , while his jumping height is slightly higher. However, his maximum running speed decreases significantly.
In this form, OOO can shoot lightning from his Kuwagata Horns (クワガタホーン, Kuwagata Hōn), use the Kamakiriswords (カマキリソード, Kamakiri Sōdo), and jump high with the Batta Legs. Gatakiriba also has the ability to create duplicates of himself known as the Branch Shade (ブレンチシェイド, Burenchi Sheido). He can create a massive amount of these duplicates, but Eiji claims it is extremely difficult to revert back to being just a single OOO so that he can cancel the transformation.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gatakiriba Kick (ガタキリバキック, Gatakiriba Kikku), where after splitting into several duplicates, OOO jumps into the air and performs a series of flying sidekicks on the target.
In the Movie, OOO used Gatakiriba Combo's Branch Shade ability to duplicate himself, then all but the original switched their medals to make the OOO Combo Clones.
Gatakiriba Combo is composed of the following parts:
Kuwagata
- OOO Mask (Kuwagata Head) (オーズマスク（クワガタヘッド）, Ōzu Masuku (Kuwagata Heddo)) - The helmet.
- Kuwagata Horns (クワガタホーン, Kuwagata Hōn, lit. 'Stag Beetle Horns') - The horns. It is a protective exoskeleton and is extremely hard, protecting the head from attacks. It boasts tremendous power, and can be used in piercing attacks. When Gatakiriba Combo clones itself, it becomes a type of communication antenna that allow all clones to work in conjunction with each other.
- O Quartz (オークォーツ, Ō Kwōtsu) - A green crystal organ in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Gatakiriba's case, it is an emerald-green isosceles triangle.
- Kuwagata Eyes (クワガタアイ, Kuwagata Ai, lit. 'Stage Beetle Eyes') - The orange compound eyes. It can see up to 6km in front. It's ability to see objects up close is inferior compared to the Taka Medal's eyes. However, they are extremely developed and can even see behind.
- Kuwagata Sonar (クワガタソナー, Kuwagata Sonā, lit. 'Stage Beetle Sonar') - Hearing devices located on the sides of the head. It is super sensitive and can catch subtle sounds, and allows OOO to hear footsteps 10km away.
- Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā) - The mouth plate on the mouth area. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The neck. It protects the throat. The green segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) ((オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu) - The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Kuwagata's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ, Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Kamakiri:
- Kamakiri Shoulders (カマキリショルダー, Kamakiri Shorudā, lit. 'Mantis Shoulders') - The shoulder armor. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the shoulders. The Line Drive has been extended onto it, allowing the Mantis Shoulder to send power to the arms in an efficient manner.
- Kamakiri Arms (カマキリアーム, Kamakiri Āmu, lit. 'Mantis Arms') - The arms. It excels in instantaneous movement and provides maximum power at once.
- Kamakiriswords (カマキリソード, Kamakiri Sōdo, lit. 'Mantis Swords') - The swords. It is a type of braided reinforced exoskeleton that enlarges when it is used.Through quick slashes, OOO can slice through every bullet sent out by gunfire.
- Kamakiri Guardias (カマキリガーディア, Kamakiri Gādia, lit. 'Mantis Gaurdias') - The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that possesses multilayer structure composed of thin plates stacked on top of each other. The multilayer structure absorbs and diffuses the impact made via attacks and finishing techniques that utilise the Kamakiriswords.
- Kamakiri Knuckles (カマキリナックル, Kamakiri Nakkuru, lit. 'Mantis Knuckles') - The back hand armor. It not only protects the hands, but transmits power to the Kamakiriswords.
- Kamakiri Grabbers (カマキリグラバー, Kamakiri Gurabā, lit. 'Mantis Grabbers) - The hands. It is a strengthened exoskeleton. It is extremely hard, yet elastic, allowing OOO to exert a strong grip.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Kamakiri's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Batta:
- Batta Legs (バッタレッグ, Batta Reggu, lit. 'Grasshopper Legs') - The legs. It has a thick and supple shape and is imbued with the jumping power of a grasshopper.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)) - The black parts. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability. It can defend the body from diamond-hard attacks.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The green lines on the legs. It is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- Batta Knee Dias (バッタニーディアス, Batta Nī Diasu, lit. 'Grasshopper Knee Dias') - The green segments on the knees. It is a connective tissue that utilises a hardened exoskeleton to protect the shins.
- Batta Ankle Toes (バッタアンクルトゥ, Batta Ankuru Tu, lit. 'Grasshopper Ankle Toes') - The feet. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the feet from the recoil that is generated during Rider Kick impacts.
- Batta Ag Soles (バッタアグソール（足裏）, Batta Agu Sōru (Ashiura)) - The soles. It is the hardest exoskeleton on the body, and serves to protect OOO from the impact created by tremendous energy during finishing attacks.

In this form, OOO's kicking power is decreased and his maximum jump height is reduced to less than half of Tatoba Combo. However, this is OOO's fastest form by a massive margin.
In this form, OOO can emit an infrared light called the Lio Diaz (ライオディアス, Raiodiasu), which is intense enough to incinerate, use the Toraclaws, and run at high speeds. The Cheetah Legs also enable Latorartar Combo to perform the Revol Spin Kick (リボルスピンキック, Riboru Supin Kikku).
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gouache Cross (ガッシュクロス, Gasshu Kurosu), which projects three yellow rings in front of OOO before charging through them with the Cheetah Medal's speed before delievering a cross slash on the target with the Toraclaws infused with the Lion Medal's energy projection.
The name of this Combo has been variably written as "Latorartah" and "Latoratar" in various print materials.

- O Quartz (オークォーツ, Ō Kwōtsu) - A yellow crystal oragn in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Latoratar's case, it is a yellow nail shape, and shines like a topaz.
- Lion Eyes (ライオンアイ, Raion Ai) - The blue compound eyes. It has a special layer, dubbed Feridas Tapetum (フェリダス・タペータム, Feridasu Tapētamu), that reflects and amplifies light (most often from the Lionel Flasher), allowing OOO to see in the dark.
- Lion Sonar (ライオンソナー, Raion Sonā) - Hearing devices located on the sides of the head. Even in areas where visibility fails, the Lion Sonar allow OOO to grasp surrounding topography and internal structures of buildings from the sound of the air. It can recognise high frequency sounds that ordinary humans cannot recognise.
- Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā) - The mouth plate on the mouth area. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The neck. It protects the throat. The yellow segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) ((オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu) - The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Lion's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Tora:
- Tora Shoulders (トラショルダー, Tora Shorudā, lit. 'Tiger Shoulders') - The shoulder armor. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the shoulders. They can be used in tackling attacks.
- Tora Arms (トラアーム, Tora Āmu, lit. 'Tiger Arms') - The arms. They are extremely muscular and possess overwhelming power, allowing OOO to lift a 1-meter long piece of iron.
- Tora Guardias (トラガーディア, Tora Gādia, lit. 'Tiger Guardias') - The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that serves to protect the forearms against impacts. It can also withstand the recoil made from attacks by the Toraclaws.
- Toraclaws (トラクロー, Tora Kurō, lit. 'Tiger Claws') - The claw weapons. They can be flipped up to be stored on the Tora Guaria or flipped down to be used as claw weapons. They can easily cut through reinforced concrete walls.
- Tora Knuckles (トラナックル, Tora Nakkuru, lit. 'Tiger Knuckles') - The back hand armor. It not only protects the hands, but supports the power of the Toraclaws, allowing OOO to use them efficiently.
- Tora Grabbers (トラグラバー, Tora Gurabā, lit. 'Tiger Grabbers') - The hands. It is a strengthened exoskleton. It is extremely hard, yet elastic, allowing OOO to exert a strong grip.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Tora's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Cheetah:
- Cheetah Legs (チーターレッグ, Chītā Reggu) - The legs. It is extremely fast, and can reach a maximum speed in just 100 milliseconds. Due to its overwhelming force, its speed can be used against enemies to increase destructiveness of attacks.
- Cheetah Frame (チーターフレーム, Chītā Furēmu) - Yellow reinforced exoskeletal pieces that cover the Cheetah Legs. Although most of the surface is smooth and curved, there are depression areas known as Aero Tuners (エアロチューナー, Earo Chūnā) that serve to reduce the pressure resistance generated by airflow during sprinting.
- Cheetah Ramjets (チーターラムジェット, Chītā Ramujetto) - Vents located on the sides of the legs. To prevent the legs from melting due to the tremendous amount of heat produced when running, excess heat is discharged through here like steam. Since auxiliary heat is generated alongside exhaust heat, further acceleration is made possible.
- Cheetah Ankle Toes (チーターアンクルトゥ, Chītā Ankuru Tu) - The feet. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the feet and ankles by dispersing the pressure generated when kicking off the ground, reducing burden. The part that acts as an impact buffering mechanism is similar to car suspension.
- Cheetah Ag Soles (チーターアグソール, Chītā Agu Sōru) - The soles. It supports the body and allows OOO safely touch the ground when running thanks to special muscles that have been stretched like a mesh within. During covert actions, footsteps can be muted.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Cheetah's section is called O Lung Under (オーラングアンダー, Ō Rangu Andā). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Sagohzo Combo (サゴーゾコンボ, Sagōzo Konbo), also known as the Gravity Combo (重力コンボ, Jūryoku Konbo), is OOO's gray combination, using the powers of Gamel's Core Medals: Sai, Gorilla, and Zou.
Compared to Tatoba Combo, OOO's punching power is nearly doubled, while his kicking power, jumping height, and running speed are all decreased.
In this form, OOO gains superhuman strength and gravity manipulation as well the ability to perform strong headbutts through the Sai Head. He is able to perform the Bagoon Pressure (バゴーンプレッシャー, Bagōn Puresshā) attack by firing clones of the Goribagoon gauntlets from his arms and create powerful shockwaves by shouting or banging his chest "armor" with the Gorilla Arms. With the Zou Legs, he can cause minor earthquakes and perform a powerful drop attack called the Zuo Stomp (ズオーストンプ, Zuō Sutonpu).
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Sagohzo Impact (サゴーゾインパクト, Sagōzo Inpakuto), where OOO manipulates gravity to lift him into the air and weights himself down to hit the ground with a powerful stomp, trapping a Yummy in the ground that forms around it while the reformed ground moves toward OOO where he delivers a powerful double handed punch and headbutt at the same time. The damaged ground reforms after the Scanning Charge.

Sai:

- Sai Sonar (サイソナー, Sai Sonā, lit. 'Rhino Sonar') - Hearing devices located to the sides of the head. It can grasp air vibrations, and the size and position of a target can be grasped based on tremors detected by the Zou Ag Soles. Thanks to this, the ability to detect underground enemies is very high.
- Face Archer (フェイスアーチャー, Feisu Āchā) - The white sections above the eyes. it is a rhinoceros control organ that serves as an antenna that detects gravitational waves, and perceives the state of the surrounding gravitational field. Even in zero-gravity environments, it plays the role of a balancer to prevent OOO from losing balance and messing up his position.

- Gorilla Arms (ゴリラアーム, Gorira Āmu) - The arms. They have been changed by the power of the Gorilla Medal. It boasts tremendous strength befitting a power-type form, and has a grip strength of about 1 ton (more than 20 times the grip strength of a human's.)
- Goribagoons (ゴリバゴーン, Gori Bagōn) - The gauntlets. They are reinforced exoskeletons that have been formed when the forearms' Line Drives change into a gauntlet shape. It can become a weapon that destroys anything when launched at high speeds in a Rocket Punch-esque fashion. - Zou Legs (ゾウレッグ, Zou Reggu, lit. 'Elephant Legs') - The legs. They have been changed byt he power of the Zou Medal. Although slightly less agile compared to other legs that make up OOO's combos, thanks to its overwhelming leg strength its stomp techniques can send powerful shockwaves. By aligning the legs and increasing the weight, the destructive power of stomps jumps several times.
- Zou Ag Soles (ゾウアグソール, Zou Agu Sōru, lit. 'Elephant Ag Soles') - The feet. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that covers the toes. It transmits ground vibrations to the Sai Sonar, assisting it with hearing perception.

Shauta Combo (シャウタコンボ, Shauta Konbo), also known as the Marine Combo (海のコンボ, Umi no Konbo), is OOO's blue combination, using the powers of Mezool's Core Medals: Shachi, Unagi, & Tako.
Using Shauta Combo, all of OOO's stats are decreased, making it one of his weakest forms. However, this is offset by the form's specialized abilities.
In this form, OOO excels in underwater combat, and gains the ability to liquefy his body like Kamen Rider BLACK RX as the Biorider. It is armed with the Denkiunagi Whips which enable electrically charged attacks, the most powerful being the Voltarm Whip (ボルタームウィップ, Borutāmu Wippu). The Tako Legs allow Shauta Combo to climb walls with their suction cup-like abilities and can split apart for a barrage of hits.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Oct Vanish (オクトバニッシュ, Okuto Banisshu), where OOO liquefies his lower body to propel himself upward, then use the Unagi Whips to drag the opponent upward while OOO goes back down using the Octo Legs to perform a corkscrew kick that drills through the opponent.
Shauta Combo is composed of the following parts: Shachi:
- OOO Mask (Shachi Head) (オーズマスク（シャチヘッド）, Ōzu Masuku (Shachi Heddo)) - The helmet.
- Top Sphindle (トップスフィンドル, Toppu Sufindoru) - The fin on top of the head. It is a horn-shaped organ that emits special soundwaves undetectable by humans.
- Float Horn (フロートホーン, Furōto Hōn) - The protruding forehead section. It's streamline shape is meant to reduce resistance underwater.
- O Quartz (オークォーツ, Ō Kwōtsu) - A blue crystal organ in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Shauta's case, it is a turquoise shaped like a raindrop.
- Shachi Eyes (シャチアイ, Shachi Ai, lit. 'Killer Whale Eyes') - The compound eyes. It is very sensitive to light, allowing OOO to secure a clear field of vision even in the deep sea, where light does not penetrate. Thanks to an internal organ that adjusts the amount of light within the helmet, called Optagate (オプタゲートと, Oputagēto), the Shachi Eyes can adapt to any environment, whether at sea, on land or at night.
- Shachi Sonar (シャチソナー, Shachi Sonā, lit. 'Killer Whale Sonar') - Sensory organs that receives the reverberations of the soundwaves emitted by the Top Sphindle. Underwater, not only can they sense the water's vibrations, but they can perceive its movements such as water pressure and tides.
- Face To Gill (フェイストゥーギル, Feisu Tū Giru) - The fins on the side of the cheek sections. They are a type of fin that suppresses water resistance when swimming at high speed. A respiratory assist organ is present inside, and stores a high concentration of oxygen, enabling underwater diving for approximately 3 hours.
- Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā) - The mouth plate. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The neck. It protects the throat. The blue segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)) - The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Shachi's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ, Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Unagi:
- Unagi Shoulders (ウナギショルダー, Unagi Shorudā, lit. 'Eel Shoulders') - The shoulders. They are exoskeletons protecting the shoulders, and is one of the power generating organs of the Unagi Arm. Underneath, power generating cells, a type of muscle cell, are located. It is possible to generate lightning-like power continuously for up to about 600 seconds.
- Electric Eel whips (電気ウナギウィップ, Denkiunagi Wippu) - The whips. Technical name: Voltarm Whips (ボルタームウィップ, Borutāmu Wippu), they can be freely operated according to OOO's intention via electrical signals emitted from the palms. Not only can they be used to hit opponents, but they can deliver an electric current to the target.
- Boltning Drives (ボルトニングドライブ, Borutoningu Doraibu) - The white triangular segments on the arms. They are a type of bioelectric circuit that distributes the generated current to the entire arm. They also store and discharge any excess electrical current that has been generated.
- Unagi Guardias (ウナギガーディア, Unagi Gādia, lit. 'Eel Guardias') - Exoskeleton pieces that protect the backs of the hands. The electric current generated by the internal Boltning Batteries (Borutoningu Batterī, ボルトニングバッテリー) can b discharged via the fists, allowing OOO to deliver electrocuting pucnhes.
- Unagi Grabbers (ウナギグラバー, Unagi Gurabā) - the hands. They are a type of exoskeleton that protects the five fingers. It has excellent grip strength, allowing OOO to freely manipulate the Voltarm Whips.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Unagi's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Tako:
- Tako Legs (タコレッグ, Tako Reggu, lit. 'Octopus Legs') - The legs changed by the power of the Tako Medal. Most of it is covered with thick and powerful muscles, and by changing the cartilage tissue in the body, the legs can be manipulated freely like mollusks.
- Octa Capture (オクタキャプチャー, Okuta Kyapuchā) - The circular sucker sections on the legs. It is a type of muscle. Due to its extremely high sucking and holding power, it is sometimes used to capture enemies or stick to walls and ceilings. It is almost impossible for an enemy to escape once captured.
- Tako Knee Dias (タコニーディアス, Tako Nī Diasu, lit. 'Octopus Knee Dias') - The knee armor. It is a special reinforced exoskeleton that protects the knee and shin. Although it is slightly inferior to ordinary exoskeletons, it has excellent elasticity and can take the same flexibility as mollusks.
- Tako Ankle Toes (タコアンクルトゥ, Tako Ankuru Tu) - A special reinforced exoskeleton that protects the ankle. It is composed of tissues similar to chondrocytes of general animals, and can absorb any external shock.
- Tako Ag Soles (タコアグソール, Tako Agu Sōru) - The feet. It is covered with the same special reinforced exoskeleton as the Tako Knee Dias. It is mostly made out of powerful muscle, and can freely change shape.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Tako's section is called O Lung Under (オーラングアンダー, Ō Rangu Andā). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Putotyra Combo (プトティラコンボ, Putotira Konbo), also known as the Invincible Combo (無敵のコンボ, Muteki no Konbo), is OOO's berserk final form, it is a purple combination accessed by the Ptera, Tricera and Tyranno Core Medals.
Along with Tajadol Combo, Putotyra is easily one of the most powerful Combos in OOO's arsenal. Putotyra Combo has much higher kicking power, jumping height, and running speed than Tajadol Combo, along with marginally higher punching power. It is also capable of destroying or damaging Core Medals, making this Combo more dangerous and destructive. After Eiji temporarily becomes a Greeed, he can access this form in the usual way or transform directly from his Greeed form.
In this form, OOO uses wings on the Ptera Head, called the External Fins (エクスターナルフィン, Ekusutānaru Fin), to fly, as well as to freeze the opponent with a blast of icy air. The horns on the Tricera Shoulders, called the Wind Stinger (ワインドスティンガー, Uindo Sutingā), can stretch into various lengths according to Eiji's command. The claws on the Tyranno Legs, called Legsteranail (レグステラネイル, Regusuteraneiru), enhance his kicking. He can also combine the thigh armor to form a tail, called the Taildivider (テイルディバイダー, Teiru Dibaidā), that can give off a devastating blow.
This form carried the risk of slowly turning Eiji into a mindless beast if he stays in the Combo for too long until he managed to gain control of the Purple Cores, but he still suffers from the physical strain resulting from Combo use. As a result of the purple Medals residing in his body, Eiji underwent a process known as "Greeedification", gradually turning him into a Greeed, which could be sped up by having more Medals enter his body.
Unlike the other combos, Putotyra Combo causes most of the OOO armor to become white and cannot form a mismatch with the other Core Medals, as the purple Medals are made in nature as the antithesis of desire, negating the power of the other Core Medals. The O Scanner announces this Combo by the long name of "Putotyrannosaurus" (プトティラノザウルス, Putotiranozaurusu) rather than just "Putotyra".
Also, like Tajadol Combo, this Combo has its own weapon; an axe/bazooka-hybrid called the Medagabryu.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Blasting Freezer (ブラスティングフリーザ, Burasutingu Furīzā). When activated, OOO uses his Tricera Shoulders' Wind Stingers to stab his opponents in the shoulders to hold them in place, while he uses his Ptera Head's External Fins to freeze them immediately after, and the Tyranno Legs' Taildivider to finish them off by smashing them into frozen shards.
After the final battle against the Kyouryu Greeed, the Putotyra Combo was thought to be lost forever as the Purple Core Medals shattered when they reached the Greeed-made black hole. However, in Super Hero Taisen, this Combo was restored. One theory as to why he has them back is that the Medals he has were the Medals still in the Kyoryu Greed upon his death and had traveled with the other Core and Cell Medals into the future, with Eiji obtaining the Purple Cores along with the other Medals in Movie War Mega Max.
Putotyra Combo's theme song is entitled "POWER To TEARER".

Burakawani Combo (ブラカワニコンボ, Burakawani Konbo) is OOO's orange combination, using the powers of the reptilian-based Cobra, Kame, and Wani Core Medals. OOO used this Combo in Kamen Rider OOO Wonderful: The Shogun and the 21 Core Medals, but it was "mysteriously" lost after Gara Dragon was destroyed. However, Burakawani Combo reappeared during Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum.
Compared to Tatoba Combo, OOO has higher punching and kicking power, but lower jump height and running speed.
In this form, OOO's eyesight is doubled and gains infra-red vision. He is equipped with the tutle shell-like Goura Guardner (ゴーラガードナー, Gōra Gādonā), which can be joined together to create an energy shield called the Gora Shielduo (ゴーラシールデュオ, Gōra Shīruduo), and can use the Saw Deadscythers (ソウデッドサイザー, Sō Deddosaizā) on his legs to generate an energy crocodile head, which chomps his enemies with every kick. Burakawani Combo's body is also covered in a substance called Soma Venom (ソーマ・ヴェノム, Sōma Venomu), which makes him able to heal instantly after taking any attack. In addition OOO is armed with a pungi called the Burahngi (ブラーンギー, Burāngī). When OOO plays a song into the Burahngi, he performs the Cappello Brush (カぺロブラッシュ, Kapero Burasshu), where a giant hooded cobra is summoned from the Cobra Head's "ponytail" to attacks enemies.
The Burahngi only appears in The Shogun and the 21 Core Medals, though oddly, it didn't come as part of the full Combo, but rather, it was a tossed-aside flute in Feudal Japan. How a pungi appeared in Japan is unknown.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Warning Ride (ワーニングライド, Wāningu Raido), where OOO projects three orange rings in front of him before dashing through them in a foot-first slide before unleashing a powerful kick with the Saw Deadscythers, which generate a giant energy crocodile head to bite through the target.
It is unknown if orange Core Medals can be used for Random Combos, as Eiji never assumed one onscreen.

Super Tatoba Combo (スーパータトバコンボ, Sūpā Tatoba Konbo) is OOO's extra final form and the evolved form of Tatoba Combo accessed by the Super Taka, Super Tora and Super Batta Core Medals. The colors of Super Tatoba are inverted compared to the original Tatoba Combo (meaning that he's mostly red, yellow, and green instead of black).
While this form's punching power is lower than both the Tajadol and Putotyra Combos, it has the highest kicking power and jumping height out of all of OOO's forms, as well as being slightly faster than Putotyra Combo.
This form features the Super Taka Head, which appears similar to Tajadol Combo's Taka Head Brave, sporting red eyes instead of green and a pair wings that enable him to fly. This form also features the longer and sharper Super Tora Solid claws, and the spiked Super Batta Legs. Because the Medals powering this Combo are displaced in time, OOO, like the Super GingaOh, can bypass time to gain the upper hand on his enemies.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Super Tatoba Kick (スーパータトバキック, Sūpā Tatoba Kikku), which is a more powerful version of the Tatoba Kick.

Its Omega Drive finisher is the Omega Drive (OOO) (オメガドライブ オーズ, Omega Doraibu (Ōzu )), where Specter performs a variation of OOO's Tatoba Kick Scanning Charge.
The OOO Ghost was originally sealed within OOO's three Taka Medal. Once freed, it entered Makoto's Ghost Driver, creating its Eyecon.

The Tatoba Combo Ranger Key
- The Kamen Rider OOO Tatoba Combo Key (仮面ライダーオーズタトバコンボレンジャーキー, Kamen Raidā Ōzu Tatoba Konbo Renjā Kī) is a Ranger Key based on Kamen Rider OOO's basic Multi Combo. The Kamen Rider OOO Tatoba Key was released in conjunction with the six other OOO Combo Rider Keys which appeared in Super Hero Taisen
, while the Tatoba Combo Ranger Key only exists as a toy. Of course as with all Ranger Keys, should it exist, this Key would be able to transform one into Kamen Rider OOO's Tatoba Combo.

- This Rider's design resembles from one of the Shotaro Ishinomori's books titled Chiitaka Washiwashi Goriranran. OOO's specific combo analogous to this concept art would be the Takagorietar Random Combo, with his bird head being a hawk instead of an eagle. Masato Hayase of Ishinomori Productions revealed that this was a pure coincidence.
- His title is pronounced similarly to both "Os," refers to the three O's in the series title which represent the character's transformation items, as well as meaning "multiple kings (王ｓ, Ōzu)". The three O's also represent the infinity symbol with an additional circle over the center, stating that Kamen Rider OOO is Over Infinity.
- Many fans have debated whether Tajadol, Putotyra or Super Tatoba could be the true Final/Ultimate Form of OOO. To this day, it remains to be the Putotyra Combo, as clarified in Kodansha Series MOOK Kamen Rider Heisei Rider Vol. 12: OOO in 2014. As of now, Putotyra is officially confirmed to be the Final Form.[8]
- The CGI for Gatakiriba's self duplication ability is very expensive, which is why it only appeared twice in the series and mostly relegated to appearing in movies and specials.[9]
- He is the only Rider that has a set of Ranger Keys, which were made specifically for and used by the Gokaigers.
