Sachi Yamamura (山村 幸, Yamamura Sachi) is a canteen employee and the user of Virus Gaia Memory.
History[]
One dark and rainy night, Sachi was about to be struck by an unaware SUV, forcing her to use the Virus Gaia Memory she had obtained some point prior to save herself from a hit and run. However, the transformation into the Virus Dopant is interrupted by the head on collision, leaving only her consciousness to be fully enveloped in the Gaia Memory's corruptive influence. These events weaken the Virus Dopant from a walking vector of a plague to a centralized point, but it also enables it to infect inanimate objects and electronics to compensate.
This adapted ability had lead to the creation of the "Infected Car," a formerly wrecked SUV that infects a human with its deadly virus when phasing through its victims, who were a gang of crooks that had done the hit and run in the first place, with Sachi's vengeful younger brother Kohei, who had witnessed the hit and run, as "the driver." Shotaro took a call from one of the gang members who called the Narumi Detective Office for protection, though it would ultimately end with him in a body bag, as would two more of the gangbangers the following day.
When the car got wrecked by Kamen Rider Double HeatMetal's Metal Branding from atop the Hardturbuler, not only was Kohei ejected from the car, but the Virus Dopant also began using its physical form, finishing her revenge on the gang by inflicting the gang leader, the sole survivor up until that point, with the signature killer virus. With the gang gone, Sachi changed targets to exact revenge on her ex-fiancé who she learned was only a con man. Learning of the unique circumstances that resulted in the Virus Dopant's current state, Philip had tried convincing her within the Gaia Library to stop, but her hatred and thirst for vengeance has long since consumed her, ejecting Philip.
Trailing the Virus Dopant to a church she wanted to get married at while protecting her serial cheater of an ex-fiancé, Kamen Rider Double unleashed HeatTrigger's Trigger Explosion Maximum Drive to burn away the Dopant's manifested body, causing the Virus Gaia Memory to eject from Sachi's body and shatter.

- Virus Spreading: The Virus Dopant is able to release a potent virus from its body that can kill its target in an instant. It can spread this virus by injecting it into someone through its face tentacle or by passing through its target, and it's said that the Virus Dopant's power is strong enough to wipe out entire cities.
- Slime Transformation: The Virus Dopant can turn into mucus-green slime like form as a means to escape or travel.
