Sachi Yamamura (山村 幸, Yamamura Sachi) is a canteen employee and the user of Virus Gaia Memory.
History[]
After Sachi uses the Virus Gaia Memory to save herself from a hit and run, the transformation into the Virus Dopant is interrupted leaving only her consciousness fully enveloped in the Gaia Memory's corruptive influence. These events weaken the Virus Dopant, but also enables it to infect inanimate objects and electronics to compensate.
This ability leads to the creation of the "Infected Car", a formerly wrecked SUV that infects a human with its deadly virus when phasing through its victims. When the car is wrecked by Kamen Rider Double, the Virus Dopant begins using its physical form to exact Sachi's revenge on her ex-fiancé who she learned was only a con man.
After discovering the Virus Dopant's vulnerability to heat, Kamen Rider Double unleashes HeatTrigger's Trigger Explosion Maximum Drive to destroy the Dopant's physical body, causing the Virus Gaia Memory to eject from Sachi's body and shatter.

- Object Possession: It's shown that if its transformation is interrupted, the Virus Dopant is capable of possessing inanimate objects such as electronics to compensate for its weakened state.
- Virus Spreading: The Virus Dopant is able to release a potent virus from its body that can kill its target in an instant. It can spread this virus by injecting it into someone through its face tentacle or by passing through its target, and it's said that the Virus Dopant's power is strong enough to wipe out entire cities.
- Slime Transformation: The Virus Dopant can turn into mucus-green slime like form as a means to escape or travel.
