The SB-913PXX Kaixa Phone XX (SB-913PXX カイザフォンXX, Kaiza Fon Tuenti) is a smartphone-like device used in conjunction with the SB-913B Kaixa Driver, serving as the latest upgrade to the SB-913P Kaixa Phone.

- Transformation App (変身アプリ, Henshin Apuri): This app brings up the transformation-use number pad, allowing the user to transform into Kamen Rider Next Kaixa by inputting the code 9-1-3-Enter.
- Stun Gun Mode App (スタンガンモードアプリ, Sutangan Mōdo Apuri): This app allows the user to convert the Kaixa Phone XX into Stun Gun Mode and wield it as a stun gun.

- Map App (地図アプリ, Chizu Apuri): This app displays a GPS-style map capable of tracking Orphnoch activity. The Complete Selection Modification version of the Kaixa Phone XX lacks this functionality.
- User ID App (ユーザーIDアプリ, Yūzā ID Apuri): This app allows the user to display and edit their personal information. The Complete Selection Modification version of the Kaixa Phone XX uses this app to play voice clips.

- Transformation Cancel App (変身解除アプリ, Henshin Kaijyo Apuri): This app allows Next Kaixa to de-activate their transformation, removing the Next Kaixa suit.
- Exceed Charge App (エクシードチャージアプリ, Ekushīdo Chāji Apuri): This app allows Next Kaixa to perform a finishing attack. If Next Kaixa is currently using a summoned weapon, the energy for the attack will be routed to that weapon.
