Template:Characterinfo Ryo Ogami (尾上 亮, Ogami Ryō) is a member of the Sword of Logos who transforms into Kamen Rider Buster (仮面ライダーバスター, Kamen Raidā Basutā) in Kamen Rider Saber.
History
Ryo used to be the best friend of Calibur, and is currently investigating Calibur's betrayal of the Sword of Logos. He has a son named Sora.

Genbu Shinwa (玄武神話, Genbu Shinwa) is Buster's turtle-based primary form accessed by using the Genbu Shinwa Wonder Ride Book in the Dogouken Gekido.
Genbu Shinwa consists of the following parts:
- Buster Helm Genbu Shinwa (バスターヘルム 玄武神話, Basutā Herumu Genbu hinwa): The head.
- Sword Crown (ソードクラウン, Sōdo Kuraun): It is installed on the top of the head as a proof of being selected by a Seiken. It has the role of adjusting the state of Kamen Rider Blades and the Seiken, and adjusts the power balance between them and cancels transformation in an emergency. It is also a blade with a sharp edge, and can also be used in battle.
- Lion Senki Mask (ライオンセンキマスク, Raion Senki Masuku): The helmet's forehead. With the power of the Lion Senki Wonder Ride Book, your eyesight and hearing will be sharpened, and you will be able to catch your prey sensitively.
- Right Mask (ライトマスク, Raito Masuku): The right side of the helmet. It has the property of strongly acting on the sword technique of the user, and exerts various abilities by applying the power of the Wonder Ride Book stored in the light shelf of the Seiken Swordriver. In particular, it is said to be compatible with the God Beast-based Wonder Ride Books.
- Horizon Visor (ホライゾンバイザー, Horaizon Baizā): The eyes. Accurately grasp the object like a water mirror and calmly assess the situation.
- Left Mask (レフトマスク, Refuto Masuku): The left side of the helmet. It has a characteristic that strongly affects the activation of special abilities by the user, and exerts various abilities by putting the power of the Wonder Ride Book contained in the left shelf of the Seiken Swordriver. It is said to be particularly compatible with the Story-based Wonder Ride Book.
- Breas Lion (ブレスライオン, Buresu Raion): The chest armor. It possesses the power of the creature "Lion Senki", and brings supple and high athletic ability to the user as a rule of thumb possessed by the King of Beasts. In addition, it is possible to release a violent torrent from the mouth of Lion Senki, which can be diverted to protect or capture the subject by adjusting the torrent.
- Sword Robe (ソードローブ, Sōdo Rōbu): The suit granted by the user of the Seiken "Suiseiken Nagare". Especially, it is said that it goes well with the story-based Wonder Ride Books.
- Ride Arm (ライドアーム, Raido Āmu): The left arm. The exterior of the armor "Sword Robe" is laminated armor called "Page Armor" (ページアーマー, Pēji Āmā), which is formed by stacking trained plate armor in multiple layers. As a result, it has acquired strong defense and the flexibility to follow various actions.
- Mane Doyle (メインドイル, Mein Doiru): The armor that extends from the front to the back, reminiscent of a flowing coat, sheds all shocks and resistance. As a result, it is possible to obtain the effect of speeding up running power and even combat motion.
- Noble Sault (ノーブルソルト, Nōburu Soruto): The legs and feet of the suit. Brings agile leg strength like a lion, runs through the ground and accurately kills prey with sharp claws. This Form's finisher is Dai Dandan (大断断［ダイダンダン］, lit. "Grand Judgement Cut"): Surrounding rocks gather onto the Dogouken Gekido allowing Buster to perform an enhanced downward slash.[3]

Genbu Jackun (玄武ジャッ君, Genbu Jakkun) is Buster's Jack and The Beanstalk-based form, accessed by using the Genbu Shinwa and Jackun-to-Domamenoki Wonder Ride Book in the Dogouken Gekido.[3]

Portrayal
Ryo Ogami is portrayed by Yuki Ikushima (生島勇輝, Ikushima Yūki). As Kamen Rider Buster, his suit actor is Jiro Okamoto (岡元 次郎, Okamoto Jirō).
Etymology
- As with the naming scheme with all the Saber Riders, Buster's name is a play on the term "bastard sword", which were large two-handed swords used in Europe during the 17th century.

- Buster's primary weapon, the Dogouken Gekido highly resembles the Buster Sword, used by protagonist Cloud Strife in the Final Fantasy franchise.
- His Rider name may also be a reference to the aforementioned weapon.
- Ryo Ogami is the first Kamen Rider to be both a Rider and an active parent from the start of the series. According to his actor Yuki Ikushima, Ryo is an Ikemen (イケメン)[5][6]
- While other Kamen Riders may be fathers, like Otoya Kurenai, Sokichi Narumi, Sou Fueki, and etc., they either weren't immediately revealed as Kamen Riders or did not play an active parenting role during their activities as Riders.
- This fact makes him the oldest Sword of Logos member, as well as the oldest Rider in Kamen Rider Saber.
- Kamen Rider Buster is the first Turtle-themed Rider since Kamen Rider Den-O Rod form.
- However, Den-O Rod form is based on a Sea Turtle, while Buster is based on a Black Tortoise, or in general translation Genbu, one of the Four Chinese Symbols, appearing as a land-dwelling turtle entwinted by a serpent. Buster, however, doesn't seem to have a 'snake' motif in his Rider form, though his vine arm in Jackun form evokes that imagery.
- His visor design overall bears resemblances to both Kamen Rider New Den-O and Onycho Magia.
- He is the first rider since Kamen Rider Sasword to use a sword as a transformation device.
