Ryo Horikawa (堀川 りょう, Horikawa Ryō) is a Japanese voice actor best known for his roles in anime and video games such as Vegeta (Dragon Ball), Heiji Hattori (Detective Conan) and Captain Falcon (Super Smash Bros).
He portrayed a fictionalized version of himself and voiced the Juuga Driver in Kamen Rider Revice. He also voiced Balidelo in Kamen Rider Geats × Revice: Movie Battle Royale.
