Ruka Matsuda (松田 るか, Matsuda Ruka) is a Japanese actress and voice actress who portrayed Katsumi Sasahara in Kamen Rider Ghost: Ikkyu Eyecon! Awaken, My Quick Wit Power!! and Poppy Pipopapo/Kamen Rider Poppy, as well as Totema's disguise form in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
Biography[]
When Matsuda was in the 5th grade, she appeared in a program called Dekotore and was recruited by a Tokyo producer then. In 2016, she appeared in a Hyper Battle DVD for Kamen Rider Ghost, and later joined the main cast of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid that same year.
