Rokuro Naya (納谷 六朗, Naya Rokurō) was a Japanese voice actor, who filled in for Kamen Rider 1 in conjunction with stock footage of Hiroshi Fujioka as Takeshi Hongo following the motorcycle accident which forced him to leave the show, this was used to fill in the gap before Takeshi Sasaki was brought in as Hongo's replacement Hayato Ichimonji/Kamen Rider 2.
In Kamen Rider's sister series, Super Sentai Series, Rokuro voiced XX Mileno
in Gekiso Sentai Carranger, Wisdom Tree Moak in Seiju Sentai Gingaman, Sky Fist Demon Kata in Juken Sentai Gekiranger, and Nakinakite in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.
He was the younger brother of the late Goro Naya, who voiced the Great Leader of Shocker and his later incarnations. Incidentally, Rokuro died on his brother's birthday.
