Background
Rinne Kudo was born around 2006 to her father Fuga Kudo, a powerful alchemist of the Alchemys Union. As a child, her father read to her the story of the "Alchemist of the Dawn", eventually aspiring to become an alchemist in her father's footsteps. However about ten years ago, he vanished following an incident regarding the theft of the Ride Chemy Cards from the school, leading to the academy and Rinne herself branding him as a traitor.

Rinne is well-mannered and academically gifted. As an alchemist, she upholds the rules of the academy by the book and frequently reprimands Houtaro whenever his actions don't follow the set up rules. As a child Rinne was cheerful and enthusiastic and was very close with her father, wanting to make everyone happy and follow in her father's footsteps. However due to his betrayal ten years ago, she became socially aloof and unable to open up to others. However Houtaro's recent kindness and compassion for her during her lowest points helped to mitigate the insecurity and lack of self-worth in her, resulting her opening up a little more. She attended more social activities with Houtaro and showcased a comedic side where she was in amusement and laughing from a haunted house.
Recent events such as Minato's betrayal, getting herself temporarily expelled from the academy, and being blamed for the near death of Seina Tsukumo, did make Rinne self-doubt her true core as an alchemist. Ultimately, after Houtaro revealed that Fuga had followed a rule for himself, even after the Alchemist Academy deems him a traitor due to Glion's brainwashing, Rinne's conviction was renewed, declaring that her own rule is herself to decide.

- Alchemy: As an alchemist, Rinne can perform alchemy to repel and pull objects with ease, and can even use the objects she manipulates as shields. After her Alchemist Ring evolves into a unique orange color and gaining the ability to switch between her normal Alchemist Ring and High Alchemist Ring, she can perform greater alchemy for offense and defense, both in her civilian form and in her Rider form.
- Matter Manipulation: After Rinne's Alchemist Ring evolves, she can create matter from nothingness to perform attacks or create energy shields for blocking enemy attacks.

- Energy Depletion: Despite the High Alchemist Ring providing Rinne the ability to perform powerful alchemy and transform into a Kamen Rider, it will also cause excessive depletion of energy, which may cause her to lose her alchemy powers and even prevent her from transforming for a period of time. This weakness can somewhat be mitigated by charging the ring with the Alchemis Charger. Additionally, after Rinne transforming into Twilight Majade, her Energy depletion problem become even worse due to the High Alchemy output used. Towards the end of the series, this no longer seems to be an issue as seen when Rinne doesn't recharge her High Alchemist Ring for subsequent transformations.

Sununicorn (サンユニコーン, Sanyunikōn) is Majade's unicorn and sun-based primary form accessed by using the Unicon and The Sun Ride Chemy Cards in the Alchemisdriver.
Majade has almost equal stats to Gotchard Steamhopper, with a slightly lower punching and kicking stats, but has a slightly higher running speed. Since Majade doesn't have any assortment of weapons on her, she relies more on powerful palm strikes, alchemy manipulation and high power kicks, which can make cracks in concrete if kicked in.
As shown, Majade can turn the jewel on her chest and her eyes black with the power of Neminemoon in the Chemy Riser, similar to a solar eclipse. This is primarily used as a fake-out to convince enemies that she has died.

Mooncerberus (ムーンケルベロス, Mūnkeruberosu) is Majade's cerberus and moon-based form accessed by using the Yoacerberus and Neminemoon Ride Chemy Cards in the Alchemisdriver.
Mooncerberus grants Majade higher punching power and jumping height, but lowers her kicking power and speed. As such, this form compensates that with allowing her to use the gravity abilities of the moon, allowing her to trapped her opponents and attack them. The gauntlets also allow her to fight with a more fist forward style than Sununicorn's kick-based style.

Despite Atropos' death, since Twilight Majade is the fusion between herself and Rinne, it allows her to fight together with Rinne as one in this form, though Rinne is still the form's main user.
As Twilight Majade with Rinne, it allows Majade to use alchemy abilities of brightness and darkness from both of them. - Fuga Kudo/Kamen Rider Wind: In her childhood, Rinne shares a healthy and loving father-daughter relationship with Fuga. However, after his supposed betrayal, their relationship became strained. But despite that, Rinne still cares about him and cried after hearing about his "death". Over time, Rinne's faith in Fuga starts getting better as she begins to see that his actions were necessary. It would be fully restored after Houtaro told her that his supposed betrayal was due to Glion's manipulations. After Fuga miraculously returned, Rinne gives him a hug and reprimands him for making her worry. She also becomes very afraid of losing him again after he was stabbed by Glion, but was assured that they will meet again. They would finally reunite for good after she rescued him from the Dark Kings.

- Houtaro Ichinose/Kamen Rider Gotchard: Rinne initially is cold and a bit condescending to Houtaro, due to his poor academic performance and overly cheery demeanor. However. she starts to warm up to him when he applies himself to protecting her and the people as a Kamen Rider and after he comforts her about her father after Lachesis cruelly mocked her sorrow after revealing Fuga's presumed death. As the series progresses there trust and faith in each other continues to grow from confiding their emotions and thoughts to each other to helping one another when there in need of it. Their relationship reaches its peak when she fully trusted Houtaro as he fights the Fantastic Malgam as Rainbow Gotchard. They both hold a special connection similar to the Chemies levels as she's 9, while Houtaro's is 1.
