Rihito Itagaki (板垣 李光人, Itagaki Rihito) is a Japanese actor and model who portrayed Heure in Kamen Rider Zi-O. He is affiliated with Stardust Promotion.
Biography
Itagaki began modeling at the age of 2. After graduating from elementary school, he began his acting career.
