Rider Time: Kamen Rider Ryuki (RIDER TIME 仮面ライダー龍騎,Raida Taimu Kamen Raidā Ryūki) is a three-episode "Telasa Original" web television series that serves as the second installment of the Kamen Rider Zi-O Spin-off series while itself being a continuation of Kamen Rider Ryuki.
A mysterious person restarts the Mirror World's Rider Fight, thus making Shinji Kido and other war participants regain their memories and transforming abilities. With the appearance of Another Ryuki, Sougo Tokiwa and Geiz Myokoin investigate this event, becoming involved in the war themselves...
Continuity and Placement[]
Kamen Rider Zi-O: Between episodes 28 and 29, since Sougo and Geiz already know about Shinji Kido and Mirror World. Additionally, the Ryuki Ridewatch can be seen in episode 29, which aired the same date during the special's release.
In early promotional material, this miniseries was titled Part 2: Rider Time Ryuki (RIDER TIME 龍騎,Raida Taimu Ryūki).[2]
The first two words in all episodes' title begin with the letter "A".
This special marks Kamen Rider Odin's first on-screen transformation as well as his Survine Mugen Advent Card, as both were never seen nor used in the original Kamen Rider Ryuki television series.
Kamen Riders Scissors, Tiger, Imperer, and Verde are given new users, rather than recasting their original actors.
Shuichi Kitaoka's actor, Ryohei Odai, does not appear in this special. Instead, his role as Kamen Rider Zolda is taken over by Goro Yura, which implies that Shuichi may have succumbed to his cancer prior to this special's events as he is mentioned several times in passing. As such, this special marks Goro's debut transformation into Zolda, while he uses Shuichi's transformation pose.
Amongst the original 13 Riders from the series, Kamen Rider Femme is the only one missing, most likely due to her actress Natsuki Kato having taken maternity leave from acting at the time of filming.[3]
As such, the 13th spot left vacant by Femme is filled by Kamen Rider Abyss, a Ryuki-themed Rider who debuted in Kamen Rider Decade. Lore-wise, Abyss was not one of the decks created by Shiro Kanzaki, though it may have been canon-welded into Ryuki mythos following the several unexplained timeline disruptions occurring in Zi-O.
Suit actors Seiji Takaiwa and Masashi Shirai appear as members of the 13 Kamen Riders, though their corresponding Riders are not known. On the topic of Kato's absence, producer Shin-ichiro Shirakura later joked that Seiji Takaiwa's character was actually the new Femme.[4]

This special uses the original soundtrack from Kamen Rider Ryuki rather than the soundtrack that is used in Kamen Rider Zi-O.
The events of this special are presumed to be erased by Kamen Rider Ohma Zi-O's timeline reset as the main cause of the Rider Fight was directly linked to the storyline of Kamen Rider Zi-O instead of Kamen Rider Ryuki.
A reference to Kamen Rider Dragon Knight is on Shuichi Kitaoka’s book. When the image is flipped, the text on it says “Torque”, Zolda’s counterpart in the adaptation.
