Rider Hunter Boot (ライダーハンター・ブート, Raidā Hantā Būto) is a SOLU organism of Foundation X. He appears to collect Rider Energy in order to revive the galaxy emperor.
History[]
Originally one SOLU from comet, it separated into two. Under the mastermind of Foundation X, this separated SOLU assumed the form of General Shadow and assaulted Kamen Rider Stronger in Türkiye. Bearing Electric Kick from Stronger, the SOLU reversed to slime form and absorbed Stronger for the Rider Energy. The SOLU then separated into two, mimicking Apollogeist and Jyumenki Yum Cimil to battle Kamen Rider X and Kamen Rider Amazon in China, later switched to General Yoroi and Doctor G identities to fight Riderman and Kamen Rider V3. Successfully absorbing the Rider Energy of 5 Legend Riders, the SOLU targeted Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2. Separated into 6 Shocker Riders, the SOLU absorbed the Double Rider after them being defeated, and turned into Rider Hunter Boot.
While Kamen Rider OOO was battling Masquerade Dopants, Boot mimicked Kazari and attacked OOO. While in disadvantage, OOO was saved by Kamen Rider Fourze and Kamen Rider Meteor. Boot then transformed into Scorpion Zodiarts and continued the battle. Fourze transformed into Magnetstates, reverting Scorpion Zodiarts to Boot with Rider Super Electromagnetic Bomber. At the moment, Kamen Rider Nadeshiko arrived and joined the battle. Boot recognized the presence of the other SOLU and retreated.
Together with Foundation X commander, Boot later invaded the Rabbit Hatch. He targeted OOO, and used the copied Triple Scanning Charge to defeat him and absorb his Rider Energy. Foundation X commander left after collecting enough Rider Energy. Boot then used Mars and Limited Break to defeat Fourze and Meteor. Nadeshiko joined the battle to save Fourze, while Boot retreated.
When Foundation X commander was gathering Rider Energy into Boot, Fourze and Nadeshiko arrived to the comet. Fourze told he came to befriend with Boot. Fourze did not fight back when being hit by Boot, slowly Boot's hand stopped when he trying to hit Fourze. Nadeshiko rushed over and grasped Boot's hand tightly with both hands. Boot started to understand the heart of Rider and friendship, and awakened the other trapped Riders. Seeing this, the Foundation X commander shouted to Boot, and forced Boot to go rampage. Under control, Boot separated into Terror Dopant, Kyouryu Greeed, Groundain, Skydain, and Marshal Machine to battle the 10 Kamen Riders. Terror Dopant, Kyouryu Greeed, and Marshal Machine was destroyed one by one. Boot, in his slime form, hold Groundain and Skydain, allowing Fourze to defeat them.

- Rider Hunter Boot's suit is modified from Kamen Rider Fourze Basestates and Mad Gallant
from Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion - In contrast to Kamen Rider Nadeshiko, Rider Hunter Boot's Driver appears to only be able to use the Cross and Triangle Basement-orientated Switches, which would fit his name as these Switches mainly correspond with the leg-exclusive Fourze Modules.
