The Rider Belt (ライダーベルト, Raidā Beruto) is a transformation tool of Kamen Riders Kabuto, Gatack and Dark Kabuto. It has the same functions, with the only difference being the color.
Overview[]
The Rider Belt suddenly appears when users want to transform, meaning the mounting process is unknown, though in at least some cases the Riders were likely already wearing them should the need to use them arise. When the Kabuto Zecter, Gatack Zecter, or Dark Kabuto Zecter is installed into the belt, users will transform into their respective Masked Form (マスクドフォーム, Masukudo Fōmu).
Design[]
The Rider Belt is composed of the following parts:[1]
- Slap Switch (スラップスイッチ, Surappu Suitchi): The switch that releases the tachyonic particles generated by Zecters and distributes them throughout the body, activating "Clock Up". As "Clock Up" ends in a few seconds, there is no strain on the transformer's body.
- Apports (アポーツ, Apōtsu): On the back side of the Slap Switch, when each Zecter is set up, the "Masked Rider System" is activated and suits and armor are generated from three material generation devices on each side.
- Zector Chip (ゼクターチップ, Zekutā Chippu): The part that senses and recognizes Zecters. By setting a Zecter, a qualified person can instantly transform into a Kamen Rider.
- Cognition Alert (コグニッションアラート, Kogunisshon Arāto): If another qualified person enters within a 3,000 km radius, the system will instantly identify the person and notify each Zecter.
- Setup Rail (セットアップレール, Settoappu Rēru): A guideway created so that qualified persons can smoothly attach each Zecter to the Rider Belt during transformation.
- Lock & Release Switch (ロック&リリーススイッチ, Rokku Ando Rirīsu Suitchi): The switch for installation and removal of each Zecter.
- Rider Belt Connector (ライダーベルトコネクター, Raidā Beruto Konekutā): The fastener that secures the belt.
Functionality[]
- While in Rider Form, the button on the right side of the belt can access the Clock Up (クロックアップ, Kurokku Appu) command when it is pushed.
- The pad on the left side of belt can install the Hyper Zecter (ハイパーゼクター, Haipā Zekutā).

Complete Selection Modification[]
In September 2014, Bandai released the CSM Kabuto Zecter and Rider Belt. The belt now has a working Clock Up pad that the original DX version lacked. The belt is also more flexible and does not use the same buckling system from the original.
