Richie Preston is the son of a rich family who becomes Kamen Rider Incisor, armed with a crab Advent Deck, when Xaviax assumes the guise of Walter Connors and tells him that he was cut off from his family fortune.
History[]
Richie was from a rich family but was told by Xaviax in the form of a lawyer named Walter Connors that he was disinherited from the will for doing nothing but playing around all the time. He is given a false promise of a million dollars for each Rider he defeats. Richie acquires the Incisor Advent Deck and Advent Beast Volcancer. When the Final Vents of Incisor and Wing Knight collide, Wing Knight proves to have the more powerful Vent and Richie disintegrates due to being vented by Wing Knight, causing him and Volcancer to disappear into the Advent Void and be the first Kamen Rider to be vented in the series. Wing Knight then retrieves the Incisor Advent Deck. During the final battle, the Ventaran Incisor was rescued from the Advent Void and used his Link Vent to destroy Xaviax.
Soon after, Eubulon rescued Richie from the Advent Void and erased his memories to return him to his normal life.

Richie can transform into Kamen Rider Incisor using his Advent Deck and V Buckle upon forming a contract with Volcancer. His Visor, the Incisor Visor, is a claw-equipped gauntlet on his left arm that also functions as his personal weapon. Incisor's jumping height and running speed are identical to Ryuki's, but his kicking power is lower in exchange for a slightly higher punching power.
Through the use of his Strike Vent Advent Card, Incisor can arm himself with the Scissors Pincer, an arm-mounted claw derived from Volcancer's left pincer. His Guard Vent equips him with the Shell Defense, a shield derived from the armor plating on Volcancer's back.
By using his Final Vent, Incisor can execute his finisher, the Spinning Somersault Attack, in Volcancer launches Incisor into the air with its claws. Incisor then curls into a ball and rapidly spins in the air before crashing into the enemy.
