Rentaro Tachibana (立花 蓮太郎, Tachibana Rentaro) is a florist who is hired by ZAIA Japan to compete against Sakuyo Ichirin but is given a Raidriser and Progrisekey by Naki to transform into the Crushing Buffalo Raider (クラッシングバッファローレイダー, Kurasshingu Baffarō Reidā).
History[]
Rentaro Tachibana is a flower arrangement artist who uses ZAIA Spec and trained in the traditional Tachibana style, passed onto his family. At the request of Gai Amatsu, Tachibana became a representative of ZAIA Enterprise Japan, he will face the first round of the Workplace Competition where he competes in a Ikebana round against Hiden Intelligence's Florist Humagear, Sakuyo Ichirin. During the competetion, he sabotaged Sakuyo's work to ensure his own victory.
Although Tachibana wins the competetion as he intended, a rematch was immediately be set up when his cheating was exposed. Before the rematch began, Tachibana began to suffer from the pressure of winning because of his family's pride. Suddenly, Naki appears and equips him the Raidriser and his personality suddenly changed. Tachibana is given the Crushing Buffalo Progrisekey and transforms into Crushing Buffalo Raider as he attacked Sakuyo and the others. After that, Kamen Rider Thouser defeated him and Tachibana regained his sanity, reflecting on his actions so far. After he won the rematch fairly, he praised Sakuyo's work after learning how much the Humagear respected his family's style.

Rentaro transforms into the Crushing Buffalo Raider (クラッシングバッファローレイダー, Kurasshingu Baffarō Reidā) by using the Crushing Buffalo Progrisekey in the Raidriser.

- Red Bruiser (レッドブルーザー, Reddo Burūzā): The red-colored horns on the head. It fights by charging at the enemy with the Red Bruiser lowered.
- Buffablow (バッファブロウ, Baffaburou): The hoof-shaped gauntlets on each arm.

- The Crushing Buffalo Raider is the first monster in Kamen Rider Zero-One to use a Progrisekey to transform rather than a Zetsumerisekey. He is also the first monster transformed from a human instead of a Humagear.
- Crushing Buffalo Raider's Buffablow and white humanoid legs are likely a reference to Taurus being known for missing its lower body.
- Rentaro is the only ZAIA representative to have his methods of cheating exposed and had his victory initially revoked. However, Rentaro was able to win purely during the rematch.
- Different parts of the Crushing Buffalo Raider's suit would later be recycled for use in future seasons:
- The Red Bruiser horns on its head were remade, due to the original parts having structural issues, and used for Kamen Rider Buffa's Jyamashin helmet in Kamen Rider Geats.[2]
- The Buffablow gauntlets were also painted gold and used for Kamen Rider Gotchard's FullFull Rocket form in Kamen Rider Gotchard.
