- ―Renkingrobo's Cry[src]
Renkingrobo (レンキングロボ, Renkingurobo) is an Artifact Chemy based on a giant robot.
History[]
Renkingrobo was one of the 101 Chemies that were sealed in a Ride Chemy Card.
Kamen Rider Gotchard[]
Renkingrobo's card was left in the Ouroboros Realm while Hopper1 and Steamliner went into the Human World to look for the person chosen by fate.
Renkingrobo was eventually unsealed from its Ride Chemy Card and was now on the loose. [Gotcha! Hopper1!]
At an unknown point after its escape, Renkingrobo was caught by the Alchemist's and was in Rinne's possession. Rinne lent the Renkingrobo and Yamibat cards to Houtarou, who had left all of his Ride Chemy Cards back in the base to enjoy the field trip to Kyoto, to become Gotchard Batkingrobo Wild Mode to fight a enlarged Jungle Malgam. Etymology[]
- The name comes from the portmanteau of "alchemy" (錬金術, Renkinjutsu), King, a suffix usually used in the names of mecha & Robo, more specifically referring to giant robots, with both King and Robo being used in Kamen Rider's sister series, Super Sentai.
Notes[]
- The general colors and proportions of Renkingrobo's design make it very similar to an anime mecha design, particularly a Gundam. Bandai, the manufacturer of almost all Kamen Rider merchandise, also has the master license to almost every line of Gundam merchandise, including the model kits.
- Model kits motifs were also previously used in Kamen Rider Build.
