The Queen Ant Amazon (女王アリアマゾン, Joō Ari Amazon) is an Amazon who transformed from a woman named Kukizono (久木園). Residing in an apartment complex which Kazuya Misaki dubbed the 'Amazon Mansion', she fed on humans while leading a hidden pack of 182 Soldier Ant Amazonz.

Covered by a hard epidermis as an exoskeleton, it plays a melee with high physical strength of its arms and legs. It has the nature to move in groups like ants, and form colonies working together with nearly 200 Soldier Ant Amazons.

Kukizono is portrayed by the late Yuka Motohashi (本橋 由香, Motohashi Yuka), who previously portrayed Natsumi Shinohara
/Yellow Racer in Gekiso Sentai Carranger. As the Queen Ant Amazon, she is portrayed by suit actor Makoto Arakawa (荒川 真, Arakawa Makoto).
