Residing in an apartment complex which Kazuya Misaki dubbed the 'Amazon Mansion', she fed on humans while leading a hidden pack of 182 Soldier Ant Amazonz.

Kukizono is portrayed by Yuka Motohashi (本橋 由香, Motohashi Yuka), who previously portrayed Natsumi Shinohara/Yellow Racer in Gekisou Sentai Carranger. As the Queen Ant Amazon, she is portrayed by suit actor Makoto Arakawa (荒川 真, Arakawa Makoto).
