Pulex Worm (プレクスワーム, Purekusu Wāmu) was a Flea-like Worm that mimicked Shogo Azuma in order to infiltrate in ZECT.
History[]
Originally Pulex Worm was a Worm (Chrysalis), on a rooftop, it molted into Imago form.
Later, it attacks ZECT facility with other Worm Chrysalis, successfully murdered Shogo Azuma and Mikio Soeno, and mimicked Azuma's apperance. Immediately after, Yuzuki Misaki appeared, they pretended to escape through use of ZECT Command Car, and took off with Misaki as a passenger. However, Arata Kagami found the bodies of real Azuma and Soeno, he informs Misaki the identites of the Azuma and Soeno inside Command Car are Worms. Unexpectedly, even though she was speaking quietly, the two Worms still heard the voice on the phone. They pulled out their ZECT Guns prepared to shoot Misaki. However, the vehicle is thwarted by gunfire from Tendo, who has been pursuing him in the Kabuto Extender, allowing her to escape with the Rider Belt.
Afterwards, as he drives the vehicle to the pier, Mimicked Azuma encounters Tendo, who has already arrived. He reverts to his Worm form and challenges him to a fight. Initially tried to obtains information about the ZECT core from Azuma's memories, but Kamen Rider Kabuto Masked Form stands in his way. After Kabuto defeats other Chrysalises, Pulex Worm activates Clock Up and attacks Kabuto, but soon Kabuto also activates "Cast Off" and transforms into Rider Form to fight. As they both activate Clock Up and engage in high-speed combat, Pulex Worm is hit by a series of attacks from Kabuto Kunaigun Kunai Mode, and then receives a "Rider Kick" to the left side of his head, causing the Worm to disappear.
Personality[]
Pulex Worm made a plan to kill and mimicking members of ZECT, in order to infiltrate ZECT and obtain more information. He also cleverly tried to stop the loss in time, trying to kill Misaki who knew their true identity to ensure that the information would not be leaked. However, they omitted Tendo and Kagami, which led to the two of them secretly helping Misaki escape and the complete failure of the plan.
Pulex Worm also inherits the memories and personality of Shogo Azuma as it mimicked, so he is very good at speaking through Azuma's tone, this can be seen from the way he speaks to Tendo becoming softer.

The Chrysalis (サナギ体, Sanagi-tai) is the pupa form of Worm. After a Worm is threatened or endangered, it has the ability to molt, the body color will change into brown, releasing heat from the body before revealing a stronger Imago form.

- Superhuman Leap: Pulex Worm can jump up to 50 meters high.
