Project Thouser (プロジェクト・サウザー, Purojekuto Sauzā) is a two-episode Blu-Ray exclusive miniseries set within the continuity of Kamen Rider Zero-One.[2]. The special follows Gai Amatsu and his journey to creating and becoming Kamen Rider Thouser.

  • Part 1 of the miniseries details Gai's perspective of the events that occur between Episodes 1 and 8.
    • Phase 1 occurs during the events from episodes 1-2.
    • Phase 2 occurs during the events from episode 3.
    • Phase 3 occurs during the events from episodes 4-6.
    • Phase 4 occurs during the events from episode 7.
    • Phase 5 occurs during the events of episode 8.
  • Part 2 takes place before the events of episode 17.[3]
    • Phase 6 occurs from the end of episode 9 into episodes 10-13.
    • The final phase occurs during the events from episodes 14-16.
    • Naki’s project update occurs prior to Jin’s return in episode 25.

  • Thouser's running speed in Naki's analysis was mistakenly labeled as "The Power of Kick", while the speed, 1.8 seconds, was written as simply 1.

Notes[]

  • This is the first Blu-Ray miniseries since ROGUE (2018), which had also featured a (formerly) villainous Rider.
  • The Kamen Riders of the show are only featured in flashbacks in Part 1.
