Project Build
Project Build (プロジェクトビルド, Purojekuto Birudo) was a series of top-secret research files compiled by Takumi Katsuragi on the creation of the Rider System (ライダーシステム, Raidā Shisutemu) and its accompanying gear. At the very forefront, Kamen Rider Build was the main product of this series of weapons and the project's namesake.
History[]
The idea was first conceived by Shinobu Katsuragi, who after the Sky Wall Tragedy had discovered that Earth would come under attack by aliens known as the Blood Tribe. After receiving his son's blessing and support, Shinobu began work on harnessing the Nebula Gas in order to develop the necessary weaponry strong enough to oppose Evolto. Shinobu began to study the blank Fullbottles and discovered that their essences could take on the properties of two things: something biotic or abiotic. His research efforts were noticed by Evolto, which the latter asked him to restore the essences of the Fullbottles that Vernage drained in order to put his plans back on track. Shinobu ultimately faked his death, to which his son inherited his research as a member of Faust. Learning that his research was actually being manipulated by Evolto himself, he secretly entrusted the Rider System to his mother, who would eventually pass them on to Sento Kiryu in order to stop the Japanese Civil War.

Build Driver[]
File 001 - Build
In his first attempt to defy Evolto, Shinobu created an experimental system of weapons that could harness the power of these bottles: the Rider System. The first Build Driver was created by Shinobu in his first attempt to create a "good" version of Evolto's Evol-Driver that was safe to use by humans, which he took with him as he faked his death and relocated to Seito. After Takumi completed construction of his own Build Driver using his father's research, he recorded a video demonstration showcasing Build's combat capabilities against two Guardian. Enigma[]
The Development Research about Enigma
At some point, Takumi began collaborating with Kaisei Mogami on his research of the Enigma, an inter-dimensional system that would allow him to travel between the World of Build and the World of Ex-Aid. Takumi used the portal to travel to Ex-Aid's world, where he thought he encountered Ex-Aid, later leaving and returning. On his final trip there, he met the genuine Ex-Aid and stole his powers. Ex-Aid[]
Project Build contains research on Ex-Aid's Muteki Gamer related powers.
After Kaisei Mogami returned and posed a threat to Sento, Sento discovered Takumi's files on Mogami and Ex-Aid's powers, which included blueprints of the Hyper Muteki Gashat, Maximum Mighty X Gashat, and the Gamer Driver. [Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Final: Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Riders]
Transteam Gun[]
File 002 - Blood Stalk
Inspired by Kaisei Mogami's Kaisers, Takumi created the Nebulasteam Gun, which allowed for instantaneous transformation from exposure to Nebula Gas. In retrospect to those unable to survive the exposure however, Takumi created by Transteam Gun which dons a suit of armor safely created without any exposure risks. The armors however grant only an additional measure of defense, while its offensive capabilities depend solely on the users. The system also includes a voice modulator to give the user some level of privacy protection. Takumi explained that the Transteam system was created to challenge Build's limitations by pushing its growth potentiality.
Two guns exist, wielded by Gentoku Himuro and Evolto.
Sclash System[]

Takumi's research ultimately led into the creation of his own original creation, the Sclashjellies. However, the technology was unfinished and only two jellies had been completed with no Sclash Drivers constructed by the time Sento discovered its existence. Two copies of the driver were built by Nariaki Utsumi for Kazumi Sawatari and Gentoku Himuro, while Sento built one for Ryuga Banjou.
Hazard Trigger[]

At some point in the past, Shinobu discovered that Pandora Box housed the powerful Evol-Trigger, which was Evolto's catalyst for his Black Hole form and eventual monster form. To combat this, he created the Hazard Trigger, which had the ability to nullify the Lost Bottles that powered Evolto's monster form. [The Scientist of Hope] It was originally meant to be used alongside the Pandora Box, or at least with one its panels (the Genius Fullbottle), otherwise using it with just the Build Driver and two bottles will pose a serious danger to the user.
Wanting to gain an upper hand in his Proxy Battle with Kazumi, Sento looked to Evolto for advice, which he gave him the Trigger as well as directed him towards a locked file in Takumi's research. Accessing the file, Takumi explains that the Trigger not only increases Build's power output dramatically, but prolonged usage will transmute an overwhelming amount of stimuli into the brain, causing the user to induce a destructive and mindless impulse. [The Devil's Trigger] Later for his Proxy duel with Genoku, Sento created the FullFull RabbitTank Bottle to fully suppress the stimuli while gaining an immense power boost over what the Trigger would already provide.
At one point, Ryuga stole it for Kengo Ino before Sento defeated him and got it back. [Kamen Rider Build: Be The One]

- Within the context of Kamen Rider Build, Project Build serves as the allegory of the "Cross of Fire" concept present in most Kamen Rider series is found through the character of Takumi as a co-founder of Faust and the creator of Project Build, which he originally created to fight against Evolto, yet was derived off of Evolto's own gear, such as the Evol-Driver and Evol-Trigger. As a result, his weapons were invertedly used for war without his permission. Since becoming Sento and regaining his memories in the latter half of the series, he has tried to right his wrongs by fighting against the war and Evolto.
