The Polarbear Fangire (ポーラベアーファンガイア, Pōra Beā Fangaia) targeted Maya in 1986 after she was stripped of her powers. His true name was Commandment to the Dissipating Spices (淫蕩なる香辛料への戒め, Intō naru Kōshinryō e no Imashime) and he was from the Beast Class.

The Polarbear Fangire possessed extraordinary speed, was able to fire needles from his mouth, and wielded a large sword. Despite his cowardly attitude, the Polarbear Fangire established himself as an immensely powerful Fangire, capable of overwhelming even Kiva in Emperor Form. Seemingly weak to sudden occurences though, the Polarbear Fangire found himself at the mercy of Otoya as Ixa, being defeated by Ixa and Kiva's Double Rider Slash atack.
