The Jyamato Riders' primary form are accessed by using the Jyamato Buckle on the left-hand side of the Desire Driver.
Jyamato Riders are significantly stronger than the usual DGP Riders, beating several of them with a single punch. However, they are capable of being defeated with enough force, such as utilizing an upgraded Raise Buckle (i.e. Fever Form and Command Twin Buckle). Although possible, a Jyamato Rider can be beaten to death by an Entry Raise Form, though this requires relentless brute force from the rider.
A Jyamato Rider consists of the following parts:
- Jyamato Rider Head (ジャマトライダーヘッド, Jamato Raidā Heddo): The head.
- Bud Sensory (バドセンソリー, Bado Sensorī): Jyamato Rider's sensory organ. It functions as an antenna to collect peripheral information. It enables information sharing and coordinated attacks through parallelization with other Jyamato Riders.
- Earthen Crest Gear (アースンクレストギア, Āsun Kuresuto Gia): The head-mounted device. It not only increases the information processing abilities, but it also protects the head with a lightweight yet durable special ceramic armor. Furthermore, it can function as a visual aid for the Jyamato Rider.
- Legume Eye (レギュームアイ, Regyūmu Ai): The eyes. It is responsible for organically integrating the various information obtained by vision, which is integrated with the sensory organs, and optimizing it for the Jyamato.
- Jyamar Signal (ジャマーシグナル, Jama Shigunaru): The inspection device. It monitors the Kamen Rider's vitals, operating efficiency, and the overall status of the suit. It can also cancel the transformation if necessary.
- Blank Crusher (ブランククラッシャー, Buranku Kurasshā): The mouth guard. It allows Riders to communicate clearly with each other during cooperative play through a clear voice chat, even in loud environments.
- Engress Chester (エングレスチェスター, Enguresu Chesutā): The chest armor. It is equipped with a function to super-activate plants, and serves to raise the potential of the Jyamato. It also makes it possible to grow Broy Arms, which are freely extensible thorns from various parts of the body.
- Desire Basic (デザイアベーシック, Dezaia Bēshikku): The suit. It uses the energy from the Desire Driver to raise the player's physical output.
- Broy Arms (ブロイアームズ, Buroi Āmuzu): The stretchable thorns. It extended from various parts of the body and wrapped around hands and feet to dramatically increase the destructive power of punches and kicks. It can be used for a wide range of applications, such as defense and capturing targets.
- Progressive Arm (プログレッシブアーム, Puroguresshibu Āmu): The arms. They increase the Jyamato's strength to the point where they are able to fight on par with the Kamen Rider.
- Entry Glove (エントリーグローブ, Entorī Gurōbu): The gloves. By adjusting their sensitivity, the wearer can increase their dexterity to perform delicate tasks that require more precision.
- Progressive Leg (プログレッシブレッグ, Puroguresshibu Reggu): The legs. They increase the Jyamato Rider's leg strength and their survival rate within the game.
- Entry Boots (エントリーブーツ, Entorī Būtsu): The boots. They boast excellent running and jumping power within the Game Field thanks to the Desire Driver's energy.
The Jyamato Riders' finisher is the Jya-Jya-Jya Strike (ジャジャジャストライク, Jajaja Sutoraiku), which has several variations.
