A black bat monster. Before Catatron was created, Dregon's minions tried their new invention on an ordinary vampire bat, turning it into a monster. Parasect had small-but-long bat wings for ears that covered its head (unless he's flying), and had an eye on each hand much like Destructasphere. Parasect could extend its fingers to form wings. Its name is taken from the Bandai America toy line.

A mute, Parasect was portrayed by suit actor Kiyohito Nakagawa (中川 清人, Nakagaewa Kiyohito)

- Parasect was taken from Kamen Rider ZO rather than Black RX.
- Parasect is also the last Masked Rider monster to not come from Kamen Rider Black RX.
- This monster should not be confused with the Pokémon of the same name.
