The full Pandora Tower in Japan
Pandora Tower (パンドラタワー, Pandora Tawā) is an extraterrestrial stone-like labyrinth structure created from the Pandora Box, a powerful weapon owned by the Blood Tribe. In its completed state, it is powerful enough to completely wipe out civilizations if its controller wished to do so, as Evolto did when he destroyed the Martians.
History[]
According to Vernage, the tower was successfully raised on Mars by Evolto, which annihilated the Martians completely save for Vernage, who saved herself by regulating into a small bangle that was brought back to Earth with the Pandora Box.
Evolto, having possessed one INSET astronaut on board the Prominence, Soichi Isurugi, took advantage of the homecoming ceremony to celebrate their return and attempted to activate the box and raise Pandora Tower once again. However his efforts in doing so resulted in complications, as Misora Isurugi, who wore the bangle of and was possessed by Vernage, effectively tampered with the box by removing the essence from the Fullbottles inside. In what caused the unprecedented Sky Wall Tragedy to occur, only the first level of the tower was raised, to which its initial unknown nature was later dubbed the Sky Wall (スカイウォール, Sukai Wōru).

Despite Evolto's initial blunder, the Sky Wall was still seemingly hundreds of feet high, brimming with carved spiral patterns and red energy gaps in its structure that still emitted the hazardous Nebula Gas, which was used by Faust who established their headquarters in an underground base next to the Sky Wall. [Moonsault of Anger] Between Touto and Hokuto are several cracks or tunnels through the wall at or just below ground level; at least one is a roadway with a government checkpoint, but one previously unknown to the governments was known as the Sky Road (スカイロード, Sukai Rōdo). [The Devil's Scientist] In the years since the Wall's rising, many smugglers have taken advantage of these gaps between the walls in order to cross districts.[Borderline of Justice]

The Sky Wall breaks and crumbles apart as reality shifts
The Tower was completed and a great battle ensued to ensure that Evolto did not gain the means to destroy the world. Despite some very close calls, Sento and his friends managed to stop Evolto by using the tower, Pandora Box and the Genius Fullbottle to merge their reality with the World of Kamen Rider. This erased the Sky Wall from existence along with the Pandora Box as Evolto never existed in this world.
Behind the scenes[]
The appearance of the Sky Wall explicitly sets Kamen Rider Build apart from the prior Kamen Rider Series; ultimately, the film Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Final: Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Riders confirmed that Build took place in its own reality.
Notes[]
- The three regions of Japan are incredibly similar to the Three Kingdoms era of China, both in situation and the splitting of the three territories.
- Also, the wall is similar to the famous Berlin Wall, which was the border of East Germany and West Germany from 1961 to 1989.
- During Kamen Rider Fourze's transformation in Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Final: Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Riders, the Sky Wall can be seen as a huge red scar-like marking during his performance as the camera pans out showing the two Earths together.

- In the Korean dub, the Sky Wall along with the main setting of Build is located in a fictional country instead of Japan.
