The unnamed Owner of Orphanage (園長, Enchō) ran the orphanage where Tatsuro was raised.
History[]
He talked to Haruto Soma, who was investigating the Gate, about him, recognizing Tatsuro as he left and revealing to Haruto that he was one of the orphans raised there, but he fled after involving himself in trouble some years ago. He told Haruto that mysterious gifts were left at the orphanage in previous Christmases, Haruto realized that they were Tatsuro's doing.
