Ora (オーラ, Ōra), alternatively spelled Aura,[1] is a former member of the Time Jackers.
History[]
Background[]
Ora originated from an alternate timeline and was recruited by Swartz to join the Time Jackers with Heure. They traveled to different years within the Heisei era to create Another Riders by taking away the history and the powers of the Kamen Rider from each year and granting them to other people whom the Time Jackers will manipulate. Ora was led to believe they are crowning a new ruler to replace Ohma Zi-O.
The History Heist[]
Ora appears to Huere.
Ora appears to Heure following his failure with Another Build. He also warns her to be wary of Kamen Rider Zi-O as he is now present in 2018. When arriving to the year 2016, she contracts with Ida to spawn Another Ex-Aid, erasing Kamen Rider Ex-Aid from the timeline. Eventually, Zi-O managed to defeat Another Ex-Aid with the Ex-Aid Ridewatch. She would also bicker with Heure about their failures, before being stopped by Swartz.
Alongside Ora and Swartz, Heure proceeded to crown more individuals to become Another Riders. He later becomes responsible for the creation of Another Faiz and placed in charge of Another Wizard. Ora would often engage with the Kamen Riders using her Castle Doran Time Mazine. When the Time Jackers recruited Tsukasa Kadoya to their cause, Ora was placed in charge to contract with the Destroyer of Worlds and oversee his actions.

Following Sougo Tokiwa's decision to give up the Ziku-Driver after his encounter with his future self, the Time Jackers were free to do whatever the desired. However, the Time Jackers attempted to have Sougo eliminated to ensure nothing will disrupt their intentions. While Sougo finds the resolve to become Zi-O again, Ora tried to engage the Kamen Riders once more in his Time Mazine with Heure, only to be defeated in battle as they vacated their vehicles. However, the decision for Sougo to temporarily give up the Ziku-Driver began to diverge the timeline to new outcomes.
The Divergent Paths[]
After the new year had begun, Ora and the Time Jackers became aware that the original timeline had changed caused by Sougo's actions. Swartz led the Time Jackers to create Another Riders based on the Future Kamen Riders. Ora becomes responsible for the creation of Another Quiz. In addition to the changes to the timeline, it also manifested another Woz, aptly to referred as White Woz, who recovers their powers as Kamen Rider Woz.
When Another Kikai appears in the city, the Time Jackers do not know where or when it comes from. Swartz intends to harvest its powers, by turning it into an Anotherwatch. Ora seemingly sides with the Kamen Riders to save Heure after he was turned into Another Kikai by Swartz. Heure. However, her true intentions were to create the Kikai Anotherwatch and control Another Kikai herself. However, this was undone after Sougo's reversed time and Heure was free from Another Kikai's influence, much to Ora's disappointment.
As Oma's Day was approaching, Swartz decided to create Another Zi-O. Despite Heure going paranoid to the point of believing Swartz may have a hidden agenda, Ora stayed silent but did not show as much concern as the younger Time Jacker did. Ora remained in the sidelines and watching the situation with Another Zi-O unfold.
The Grand Obstacle[]
During Sougo's quest to gather the remaining Ridewatches, Ora and the other Time Jackers continued to gather the Kamen Riders' powers to create Another Riders. But instead of stealing and erasing the Kamen Riders' powers, they instead replicated their powers from present day to create Another Riders in 2019 instead. Ora was responsible for the creations for Another Kiva and Another Den-O.
In a prisoner, Ora particularly contracted with Yuko Kitajima to bear Kiva's power was because she was interested to see women being decent candidates of the monarchy. While Yuko was under her delusions of grandeur for her power as "Queen", she was losing her grip over her control over her contract after Ora had her face cut from a manhole cover that Yuko threw at her. While she was forced to work with Another Kiva during Kamen Rider Ginga's invasion, Ora personally killed Yuko after her defeat for her defiance.
While reluctant to prevent the collection of Ridewatches from being completed by Zi-O, she contracted with Takuya Endo to become Another Den-O. However this did lead Sougo managing to acquire the nineteen Ridewatches, resulting in the creation of the GrandZi-O Ridewatch and the presence of Kamen Rider GrandZ-O. Although this appeared to be a major setback on the Time Jacker's side, this only became a stepping stone on Swartz's mysterious agenda.
The Royal Revelation[]
Sometime after Sougo acquired the power of GrandZi-O, Swartz contracts with Hiryu Kakogawa once more to become Another Zi-O II, creating a reality where he ruled the world with an iron fist. Ora and the other Time Jackers stood beside Hiryu as an advisor to his kingdom. However, she grows suspicous she discovers Swartz had granted Daiki Kaito temporal abilities. When Swartz turns on his accomplices and tries to take Ora's powers, only for Heure to save her at the last minute. While being pursued by the Another Riders, Ora and Heure were saved by the Kamen Riders and in a show of gratitude, the defected Time Jackers returned the stolen GrandZi-O Ridewatch back to Sougo, allowing him to defeat Another Zi-O II and restore the world back to normal.
Ora kills Heure.
Ora and Heure were still on the run being pursued by Swartz, with him sending out Another Drive to eliminate them. Sougo eventually finds them and in a sense of good gesture, invites the two stay at 9 5 DO. While Another Drive impersonates Ora, she gets attacked and tossed aside. Although Heure was happy that his friend apparently didn't betray him, the real Ora pierced Heure with an red energy beam, killing him. Ora realigned herself with Swartz to regain her powers and stood in the sidelines as Another Decade periled the Kamen Riders.
Death[]
When Swartz mocked Sougo and explained what it took for him to achieve his ambitions, and how his accomplices were only used as tools for that purpose, Ora froze time in front of Swartz and managed to deal a killing blow on him. However, Swartz resumed time and where Ora aimed was actually an Aurora Curtain. Ora gets hit by a roundhouse kick and dies from her injuries, having passed away due to her overconfidence.
New Timeline[]

Ora in the new timeline
In the new timeline, Ora, Heure, Tsukuyomi, and Geiz were restored as ordinary people attending Hikarigamori High School in September 2018 with Sougo. Ora remained close friends with Heure and everyone began to running to school, rush to school in joy in this new brighter world.
Personality[]
Ora is the most laidback member of Time Jackers. However, she's shown to be persuasive as she created Another Rider by persuading her target, especially those whose loved ones who are on the verge of peril.
Of the three Time Jackers, she finds White Woz as a callous and deplorable individual as she is pushed aside twice whenever he makes his presence known. This trauma also makes her unfriendly to Black Woz too.

Her villainy also shows no bounds as she is willing to manipulate others and make them think she is regretful for her own malicious actions. This is shown when she tricked the others in believing she actually cared for Heure when Swartz turned him into Another Kikai, later revealing that she had actually plotted with him to turn him into Another Kikai. When Heure was defeated, she showed no compassion for him and simply voiced her disdain about her plan failing.
She has no tolerance for insubordination, as it has been shown that her calm and laidback personality will slip at the drop of a hat if her contract holder refused to do her group's bidding, shown when she confronts Yuko Kitajima/Another Kiva when the latter defies her. She's also rather concerned with her beauty, as after Yuko manage to scratch her using a Manhole cover, Ora's disdain turns to pure hatred as she finally kills Yuko out of spite.
Unfortunately for her, Swartz considers her and Heure as mere obstacles in his path to becoming the king, to the point of betraying the two, stealing her powers and making the Another Riders go after them to kill them. Due to this, Ora shows that she values her own life and even killed Heure without remorse, explaining they'll never escape from Swartz's machinations and she will be the one who survives. However this was all a plan to discover Swartz's true plan and kill him herself, but it backfires and ultimately led to her death.
On a funnier note, Ora seems to not possess life skills like cooking. When she faced with this difficulty, she resorted to sulking and wondering about Heure’s whereabouts.
Powers[]
- Time Manipulation: Ora can freeze time. This extends to things such as people and objects as even the previous Heisei Kamen Riders are helplessly immobilized once this power is activated. It is also shown that by freezing time, Ora can alter the course of history in certain ways. Her powers were taken from her briefly, though Swartz had returned them to her later on after proving she killed Heure.
- Contract: It is shown that Ora can contract anyone by giving him/her the Anotherwatch.
- Telekinesis: Ora has the ability to use telekinetic powers. It is unknown if her fellow Time Jackers also possess a similar ability.
- Psychic Power: Ora, along with other Time Jackers shares the ability to shoot transparent psychic energy as a means of offense. This energy is potent enough to kill people.
Ora uses the energy blade to kill Heure.
- Energy Blade: Ora could manifest a dark-red energy blade from her hand for offensive purposes. She first manifests this blade when she kills Heure and attempted to kill Swartz with it but failed.
Weaknesses[]
- Swartz: Both Ora and Heure themselves can be immobilized in time by their Time Jacker superior. [Switch On! 2011]
- Future Note: White Woz can override Ora's time-freezing abilities by writing a foreseen event on his tablet with Ora's name written on it.
- Tsukuyomi: Tsukuyomi's ability to stop time can freeze Ora, as well as Swartz and Heure.

- Swartz/Another Decade: Ora doesn't seem to take Swartz's actions very kindly, which proved right when he created Another Zi-O much to her and Heure's shock. She ends up going from ally and subordinate to the enemy after he steals her powers to become the king. He ends up killing her in cold blood in an act of cruelty when she tries to kill him.
- Heure: After turning Heure into Another Kikai, Ora doesn't seem to care about the young boy as she simply stated that "her plan was a failure". She ended up running away with him after Swartz revealed his true intentions, but Ora ended up killing Heure in the end. After the reset timeline from Sougo, Ora become a close friend to him again.

- Geiz Myokoin/Kamen Rider Geiz: Initially only viewed his as an enemy. In the time reset of Sougo, Ora admires Geiz and wants to be his love interest.
- (Kamen Rider) Tsukuyomi/Alpina: Initially only view her as enemy. In the time reset of Sougo, Ora become a close friend to Tsukuyomi.
- (Black) Woz/Kamen Rider Woz: Ora is more reserved to Black Woz, despite the fact that she doesn't really trust either Woz.

- White Woz: After being pushed out of the way twice for her insistent meddling in Geiz's fight with Another Quiz, Ora finds White Woz as a cruel and heartless person rather than an obstacle.

Etymology[]
Ora's name is from "ora", which means "hour/now" in Italian, and/or from "hora", which is "hour" in Spanish and Portuguese. It may also possibly be derived from the word “Oracle” which is a person or a group that tells the future via prophecy, precognition or predictions, this matches her way to introduce herself with predictions to her targets.
