Ojilacanth (オジーラカンス, Ojīrakansu) is an Ancient Chemy based on a coelacanth.
History[]
Ojilacanth was one of 101 Chemies that were sealed into Ride Chemy Cards.

Ojilacanth's card was left in the Ouroboros Realm while Hopper1 and Steamliner were sent by Fuga Kudo to find the person chosen by fate. Ojilacanth was unsealed from its Ride Chemy Card and was now on the loose.[Gotcha! Hopper1!]

- Ojilacanth is voiced by Shinpachi Tsuji (辻 親八, Tsuji Shinpachi), who also voiced Haodin in series.
Etymology[]
- The name comes from the portmanteau of the Japanese word for "grandpa" (お爺さん, Ojī-san), as a reference to Ojilacanth's animal species being a living fossil, and the word "coelacanth (シーラカンス, Shīrakansu).
Notes[]
- Ojilacanth is the only Ancient Chemy based on a nonextinct animal, even if for a time the coelacanth was deemed extinct.
