Oda (オダ) is an ordinary citizen wearing the Worm identification necklace.
History[]
On the street, various citizens was watching Negishi's broadcast. Negishi explained the necklaces equipped with a mechanism to turn humans into Natives, calling them Worm sensor, it is distributed to people through the public organization ZECT.
Oda, who was wearing one, on the street, he alongside Yamato was watching the broadcast. When the necklace received a special sound wave that was transmitted at the same time, all the cizitens almost became a Native. However, nothing happened as Soji Tendo destroyed the source of the transmission.

Oda is portrayed by Katsuya Kobayashi (小林 且弥, Kobayashi Katsuya), who also portrays Hidenari Oda/Kamen Rider Hercus in Kamen Rider Kabuto: God Speed Love. The character's name is a reference to Hidenari Oda.
