OOO Damashii (オーズ魂, Ōzu Damashī, lit. "OOO Soul") is a Legend Rider Damashii based on Kamen Rider OOO's Tatoba Combo form. Accessed through the OOO Ghost Eyecon, this form bears a currently unknown helmet with a currently unknown faceplate. The Kamen Rider is armed with OOO's Medajaribur in this form.

In this form, The Kamen Rider is able to use the powers of OOO's Tatoba Combo

As one of the 16 Heisei Rider souls, OOO Damashii's power is also channeled through the Heisei Damashii which is accessed by Ghost via the combined Kamen Rider 45 Ghost Eyecon. In conjunction with Hibiki, Den-O and Gaim, it grants Ghost the power of enhanced swordsmanship. ^{[Last Chapter: 1 & Heisei]}

The OOO Eyecon was created by Kamen Rider Specter having unlocked OOO's Parka Ghost from a trio of Taka Core Medals manifested by Freya in order to fight the revived Kyouryu Greeed who had been summoned by Frey ^{[OOO Chapter]} as part of the twins' plan to have the Kamen Riders collect the six remaining Heisei Rider Eyecons so they could defeat Xibalba. ^{[Wizard Chapter]}

Kamen Rider 1

Soon after, the two Riders would make use of the Rider Eyecons while fighting against Nova Shocker. Specter uses the Toraclaw gauntlets to defeat the Nova Shocker Combatmen. ^{[Kamen Rider 1 (film)]}

Ichigo and Heisei

Ghost invokes the 16 Heisei Rider spirits.

Freya would later combine all 16 Heisei Rider Eyecons into the Kamen Rider 45 Ghost Eyecon, ^{[Wizard Chapter]} which would be used by Ghost to assume Ichigou Damashii as well as the combined Heisei Damashii, allowing him to defeat the revived Nova Shocker generals Urga and Buffal as well as the Alexander Dark Mind. ^{[Last Chapter: 1 & Heisei]}
