Nozomi Kitazaki (北崎 望, Kitazaki Nozomi) is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider 555 20th: Paradise Regained. He was an android replica of Kitazaki and the president of the reorganized Smart Brain who later transforms into the second Kamen Rider Muez (仮面ライダーミューズ, Kamen Raidā Myūzu).
History[]
Nozomi Kitazaki assumed the role of president of the new iteration of Smart Brain. He bears a striking resemblance to the original Kitazaki, also known as the Dragon Orphnoch. He entrusted the task of annihilating the Orphnoch to Rena Kurumi and provided life-prolonging treatment to Takumi Inui, who was on the brink of death. Despite a changed personality and appearance, Kitazaki retained his cruelty, even going so far as to kill Kouta even after betraying his comrades to protect himself.
However, after Takumi's rebellion against Smart Brain, Kitazaki personally entered the frontlines, overpowering the Wolf Orphnoch and Wildcat Orphnoch. However, during the confrontation, Wildcat Orphnoch scarred Kitazaki's face, revealing that he was an android replica of the original Kitazaki. When Rena hesitated to carry out the order to kill Takumi and Mari, Kitazaki executed her for insubordination and took the Muez Driver to become Kamen Rider Muez.
In the showdown between Takumi as Next Faiz and Kitazaki as Muez, the latter's superiority was evident due to its predictive AI. Despite assistance from Naoya Kaido and Kei, as well as the use of Next Faiz's Axel Form, Muez's remained formidable. However, when Takumi retrieved the original Faiz Gear to transform into Kamen Rider Faiz, Muez's predictive AI proved vulnerable to unpredictable attacks. Even with Next Kaixa's support, they succumbed to Wildcat Orphnoch's slashing attack and Faiz's Crimson Smash, exploding into pieces in the end.

- SB-555B Faiz Driver: Though the Muez Driver's Predictive A.I. can read most of the older and NEXT Drivers and the movements of its users, the device was somehow unable to predict the movements of the wearer of the original Faiz Driver.

Kamen Rider Muez is part of the new Smart Brain's line of next generation Riders. Its performance is extremely high, and it is equipped with a Predictive AI function that analyzes enemy behavior patterns during battle and predicts enemy attacks. Based on these prediction functions, Muez has become a Kamen Rider that places emphasis on attack power and evasion ability.

- Rider Slash: Muez creates an energy drill at his opponent before jumping in the air towards the drill, slashing against his opponent and inflicting damage.
- Rider Kick: Muez slashes his opponent, launching them into the air. He then jumps up into the air, kicking at their opponent while creating an energy drill as well, launching them into the ground.
