Newt Imagin (ニュートイマジン, Nyūto Imajin): One of Gaoh's minions, the Newt Imagin served his master in fighting the multiple incarnations of Den-O in the Climax Scene with a pair of sickles. Kai created another Newt Imagin, one that teamed with another Gecko Imagin in overpowering Den-O Plat Form until Climax Form is accessed. Despite help from the Gecko Imagin, he was successfully repelled and subsequently defeated in due part to the teamwork of the Taros Imagin.

- Contract Creation: Like all Imagin, He can form a contract with a person in order to gain a physical form.
- Time Travel: Like other Imagin, once his contract was completed he could travel to a point in time precious to his host.
- Possession: He can possess to his victims.
- Superhuman Defense: Newt Imagin can resist the attacks of his enemies.
Weakness[]
- Death of contract host: Due to the greatly delicate nature of the contract, if the contract holder forgets or dies before the contract is completed, the Imagin bound to him or her will fade away. But, he is not affect by it.

- Hooks of hands: He attacks to his enemies with two hooks and can throw his weapon against his enemies.

Portrayal[]
The first Newt Imagin is voiced by Yasuka Saitoh (齋藤 ヤスカ, Saitō Yasuka), who is best known for the role of Masumi Inou/Bouken Black
in GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
The second Newt Imagin is voiced by Koji Yusa (遊佐 浩二, Yusa Kōji), who is also the voice actor of Urataros.

Newt Imagin was designed by Yasushi Nirasawa (韮沢 靖, Nirasawa Yasushi).
Notes[]
- His story basis is the legend of Yokai Imori (井守), spirits that protect the wells with Newt-form. That because Newt imagin was protecting to Gaoh and kai and his first appears was in Edo Period. Also, his color blue probably is a reference to water of wells.
