The New Den-O Belt (NEWデンオウベルト, Nyū Den'ō Beruto) is Kamen Rider New Den-O's means of transformation.
Functionality[]
It is affixed with a device known as the Settouch (セタッチ, Setacchi) in the Terminal Buckle (ターミナルバックル, Tāminaru Bakkuru), which can read a Rider Pass (ライダーパス, Raidā Pasu). It doesn't need the Imagin possession to use for transforming (except for Deneb), despite that was due to its weapon form transformation by any kind of Imagins (excluding Ryutaros and Sieg). When the Rider Pass is swiped across the Settouch, Kotaro transforms into New Den-O.

- In the DX release of the New Den-O Belt, when the blue and yellow buttons are used, it plays the Rod and Axe Form standby sounds. However, the red button only plays the Strike Form standby sound rather than Sword Form. Additionally, the purple button does not play Gun Form's sound, but Vega Form's standby sound due to Kotaro not having a weapon based from Ryutaros.[1]
