Neo Shade (ネオシェード, Neo Shēdo) is a notorious terrorist organization which committed several attacks in Japan shortly before the Global Freeze. ^{[Type ZERO Episode 0: Countdown to Global Freeze]} They later return and team up with some Roidmudes and have also acquired a Ghost Eyecon. ^{[Final Story (Special Edition): The Case of Ghost]}

• Its name would imply relation to Shade, the terrorist organization which appeared in the TV special Kamen Rider G.
  • This is further played when Hayase's laptop revealed that Neo Shade had been active since 2009, G having aired on January 31st of that year.
