The Narumi Detective Office (鳴海探偵事務所, Narumi Tantei Jimusho) is a detective agency based in Futo, located on the 2nd floor of the Kamome Billiards Hall building. It was originally founded by Sokichi Narumi as a means to investigate the growing influence of the Sonozaki Family over the city on behalf of former family member Fumine Sonozaki. After his death during the events of "Begins Night", his protégé, Shotaro Hidari took over his roles, duties, and responsibilities.
While the agency does accept typical and mundane cases such as finding missing pets and investigating marital issues like any other detective agency, Narumi particularly specializes in crimes involving the usage of Gaia Memories, including finding the identities of Dopants, which the Futo PD cannot conventionally do. Since meeting Shotaro at Begins Night, Philip joined the agency and utilized his ability to access the Gaia Library, allowing him to instantly track down suspects and/or identify the names of unknown Gaia Memories just by having a particular set of keywords. Due to the nature of the job, the agency's head detective is in possession of a Memory Driver, as well as purified Gaia Memories that allow them to transform into Kamen Riders and fight Dopants on the police's behalf.
As their reputation for solving such cases grew, they became a refuge for those involved in such crimes, and are sometimes even being referred to by the Paranormal Crimes Division from Futo PD. Although Philip is considered a detective, he seldomly leaves the office as he is a target for Sonozaki Family, and spends most of his time in their underground bunker where the Hardboilder module units are stored. This is mitigated with the addition of Ryu Terui, the police Superintendent and fellow Kamen Rider who acts as the liaison between both parties.

Notes[]
- Akiko created a website for the office, but it was made with a very feminine style, which clashes with the typical stereotype of a "noir detective" outlook. Akiko has not been known to change it since.
- In the net movie spin-off of Super Hero Taisen, Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taihen – Who’s the culprit?!, there exists a "Narumi Detective Agency" within that that continuity. However, the punch is that "Narumi" (鳴海) was derived from "Naru" in Narutaki's name (鳴滝), and "umi" from Urataros' sea (海) affinity.
- This is not to be confused with the detective office of the same name from the Devil Summoner game series.
- Contrary to popular belief, Shotaro does not live at the office and has his own separate place of residency.
