Naoki Todagawa (戸田川 直樹, Todagawa Naoki) acquired a Slowdown wristband.
History[]
Naoki Todagawa harbored a grudge against Hanamura Kinzo, a land shark. After moving to Tokyo, he was employed by Hanamura, but when he refused to help with his crimes, his apartment was set on fire. Later, in order to get revenge, he obtained a Heaviness Band from Roidmude 018. Naoki broke into Hanamura's house under heavy acceleration, stole the golden statue Hanamura was holding, hit him over the head, and fled. After being arrested by Genpachiro Otta, he cooperated with the questioning and, after receiving advice from Oita, reflected on his own actions. However, because the Heaviness Band had a device to erase memories related to the band built into it, he could not recall how he obtained it.
