Naoki (ナオキ) is a young boy who followed Shocker in their altered history in which they had taken over the world by sending Kamen Rider 3 to assassinate the Double Riders in 1973. Witnessing Kamen Rider Drive racing to victory in the Rider Grand Prix, Naoki turned against Shocker with his friends and helped set free Yuto Sakurai and Kiriko Shijima. Behind the scenes[]
Along with Mitsuru and Shigeru, Naoki is named as a homage to one of Kamen Rider Scouts in the original series. Another such character featured in OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders.
Portrayal[]
Naoki was portrayed by Mitsumasa Sato (佐藤 光将, Satō Mitsumasa). His actor would later go on to play the teenaged Kuroto Dan in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
