The Nadeshiko Driver (なでしこドライバー, Nadeshiko Doraibā) is Kamen Rider Nadeshiko's transformation belt, which she created as an imitation of Gentaro's Fourze Driver.
Like the Fourze Driver, it is compatible with the Astroswitches, but can only use the Circle and Square Basement-orientated Switches. This results in her only being able to equip arm-mounted Fourze Modules. It also lacks an Enter Lever, rendering Nadeshiko unable to use Limit Break finishers.[Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max]

- The Nadeshiko Driver is the first transformation device used exclusively by a female Rider. All previous female Riders shared their transformation device with at least one male Rider.
- Due to the Nadeshiko Driver’s design, it is theoretically possible for Nadeshiko to utilize most if not all of Fourze's States. The release of the DX Nadeshiko Driver confirms this and includes sounds for a "Nadeshiko Elekstates".[1]
- As part of Kamen Rider Fourze's 10th anniversary, a DX Nadeshiko Driver was revealed. It became available for pre-order on September 7th, 2021, and was released in February 2022.
