Mysterious Phenomenon Institute (不可思議現象研究所, Fukashigi Genshō Kenkyūjo) is a small organization founded by Onari and its members mostly composed of Daitenku Temple residents. Despite being called "institute", but the organization's main goal are solving paranormal activities, eliminating Ganma and collect Ghost Eyecons.
They are based in the Daitenku Temple and uses Ryu Tenkuji's lab as a meeting place.
