Mysterious Phenomenon Institute (不可思議現象研究所, Fukashigi Genshō Kenkyūjo) is a small organization founded by Onari, its members being mostly composed of Daitenku Temple residents. While it being called "institute" is a bit of a creative stretch, the organization's main goal is solving paranormal activities, which often results in eliminating Gamma, and collect the Ghost Eyecons.
They are based in the Daitenku Temple and uses Ryu Tenkuji's lab as a meeting place. This group is also regarded as a spiritual successor to the former's Ghost Hunters team.
