The Mumeiken Kyomu (無（ム）銘剣虚（メイケンキョ）無（ム）, Mumeiken Kyomu lit. "Unmarked Sword Nothingness") is the transformation device and personal weapon of Kamen Rider Falchion. The sword has the unique ability to negate the powers of the other Seiken, and seems to have some form of sentience. It was one of the three Seiken that existed millennia ago, alongside Kougouken Saikou and Ankokuken Kurayami, but was sealed along with Bahato in the Book of Ruin by Yuri.

After losing to Kamen Rider Saber for the final time, Bahato disappeared and the Seiken was used by Touma in order to create the Haouken Xross Saber and confront Kamen Rider Solomon. Shortly after Xross Saber's first battle, the Mumeiken Kyomu was taken by Desast, who briefly became the second Kamen Rider Falchion. After Desast's death, it was passed on to Ren Akamichi. During the final battle against Storious, the Mumeiken Kyomu displayed its free will by stopping the Megid general from attacking Luna while she created the Wonder Almighty Wonder Ride Book, which enabled Saber and his allies to finally win against Storious.

Eight years after the final battle with Storious, Mamiya retrieved the Mumeiken Kyomu and became its new user, though it split Mamiya into an adult and child once he touched it. Other individuals, such as Shinjiro Shinozaki and Yuina Tachibana, took up the role of being extra users. After Mamiya used Amazing Siren’s powers to stop his younger self from touching Kyomu, the sword disappeared completely.

Design

The Mumeiken Kyomu is composed of the following parts:

• Sword Grip (ソードグリップ, Sōdo Gurippu): The handle. It can absorb the impact of attacks and nullify the damage dealt to it.
• Kyomu Trigger (キヨムトリガー, Kyomu Torigā): The trigger. When triggered, the Mumeiken Kyomu reads its user's intentions and initializes Rider Finishers.
• Mumeiken Kyomu Emblem (無銘剣虚無エンブレム, Mumeiken Kyomu Enburemu): The orange hilt decorated with Falchion's emblem. It is capable of abolishing holy power to nothingness, effectively nullifying the powers and attributes of the other Seiken.
• Garyuutein (ガリュウテイン, Garyūtein): The jet-black blade. The forged nihilistic blade absorbs all attributes and transforms the world into a void. (Note: Possibly derived from 画龍点睛 (garyōtensei, 画龍点睛) which means 'completing something by finishing the final step'.)
• Kyomu Soul (キョムソウル, Kyomu Sōru): The blade's clear orange section. It is a blade that can carry wisdom. By pressing a Wonder Ride Book against the Shingan Reader, the Mumeiken Kyomu can embody and hold its contained lore for attacks.
• Shingan Reader (シンガンリーダー, Shingan Rīdā, lit. "Mind's Eye Reader"): The reading device at the base of the blade. By pressing it against the special speed-reading metal fitting Spireader located on the back cover of a Wonder Ride Book, the Mumeiken Kyomu can read the book's lore. As a result, it becomes possible to temporarily hold all the power of the Wonder Ride Book's lore in the Seiken for finishing attacks.

To transform, the user inserts one Wonder Ride Book into the slot on the belt and pulls out the sword.

Finisher

There are five ways to activate a finisher with the Mumeiken Kyomu:

1. Pulling the trigger on the sword twice while it's docked in the Haken Bladriver.
2. Pulling the trigger on the sword and pulling it out.
3. Scanning up to three Wonder Ride Books on the sword's base and pulling the trigger.
4. Docking the sword into the left-hand Hissatsuholder, pulling the trigger, and pulling it back out.
5. Scanning the Dragon Booster or King Lion Booster up to three times on the sword's base and pulling the trigger.

Fushicho Musou Giri (不死鳥無双斬り, Lit. "Phoenix Unrivaled Slash"): Has four variations:

• Falchion is surrounded by a ring of dark fire, which flows into Mumeiken Kyomu. He then performs a vertical orange energy slash that travels forward with an energy construct of a phoenix flying behind it before it collides with the enemy.
• Falchion is surrounded by red and black energy before sprouting wings in a burst of fire. He then flies into the air with a phoenix made of fire behind him and launches a large orange and black energy slash at the opponent.
• Falchion delivers a slash of orange flames at close range before launching a larger, horizontal slash projectile after a short charging period. Both attacks produce waves of heat upon impact.
• Falchion covers Mumeiken Kyomu with flames and swings it, creating a phoenix made of fire that flies into the enemy.

This finisher has two variations.

• Falchion charges Mumeiken Kyomu with red, orange, and black energy before being surrounded by orange feathers and performing two orange energy slashes in front of him. The slashes combine into a single X-shaped slash that flies into the opponent, with an energy construct of a phoenix flying behind it.
• Falchion covers Mumeiken Kyomu with flames and swings it, delivers an orange energy horizontal slash, the slash creating a phoenix made of fire that flies into the enemy.

Calamity Strike (カラミティ・ストライク, Karamiti Sutoraiku): Kenzan is surrounded by green energy while Desast's spirit appears alongside him. Multiple copies of the Grudge Dent then appear and lodge themselves into the groudn in a circle around the enemy. Kenzan grabs one of the swords and dashes toward the enemy at high speeds before delivering an arrow-shaped green energy slash. He continues to perform more slashes, replacing his held Grudge Dent with other copies as he goes. Eventually, Desast's spirit appears as well and performs purple energy slashes of his own. Finally, Kenzan performs his own version of Desast's original Calamity Strike attack, spinning his body in the air while surrounded by green wind. At the same, Desast performs the normal version of his Calamity Strike. The two attacks reach the enemy at the same time as Kenzan and Desast slash the opponent.

A shorter version of Mumeiken Kyomu

A shorter prop version of Mumeiken Kyomu is used by actors when performing Falchion's transformation sequence.

Notes

• The Mumeiken Kyomu is a recolor and retool of the Kaenken Rekka/Suiseiken Nagare/Raimeiken Ikazuchi, used with the Seiken Swordriver, but with the Shingan Reader at the base of the blade as opposed to being at the tip of the blade (as well as the readers along the normal Seiken), which is similar to Ankokuken Kurayami. This is probably because the Haken Bladriver only has the one slot which is Bladriver Shelf (which is akin to the God Beast slot of the Swordriver), which means the Shingan Reader does not require the need to read more than one Wonder Ride Book.
• Like the Mach Driver Honoh, and the Evol Driver, the Mumeiken Kyomu announces most of the used Wonder Ride Books in the opposite language as the Seiken Swordriver Seiken counterparts. The pattern is usually "Towa no ..." (永久の..., lit. "Eternal ...") followed by the translated Wonder Ride Book's name. However, it will always be in Japanese regardless of whether or not the book's title already is Japanese with the exception of the AIMS Animal File and Hiden no Hiden Monogatari Wonder Ride Books.
