This unnamed man is the father of Isamu & his brother, and the husband of Mrs. Fuwa.
History[]
Isamu Fuwa was planted with false memories that Humagear took away his family's lives, but in reality his parents and younger brother were still alive. Fuwa, who knew the facts, became worried about them and secretly visited his parents' house with the support of Ai-chan. He smiled with a sense of assurance of an ordinary family and laughed as they crack jokes. Fuwa left without properly interacting with them, choosing to let them live in peace.

Isamu Fuwa's father is portrayed by Kazuyuki Tsumura (津村 和幸, Tsumura Kazuyuki), who previously portrayed Akio Togama in the episodes 43 and 44 of Kamen Rider Drive.
