Mizuki Nishikikoji (錦小路 みずき, Nishikikoji Mizuki) is a nurse who serves as an assistant to Kamen Rider Brave, Dr. Hiiro Kagami alongside Satsuki Ogimachi.

Mizuki Nishikikoji is a nurse working at Seito University Hospital. When she was a student, she was involved in an accident with her friend Satsuki Ogimachi, and both survived by Hiiro Kagami's treatment. Since then, Mizuki has been aiming to be the best nurse in the world beside Hiiro, and when he arrived back from America, Mizuki was present to give him the Taddle Quest Gashat when he performed on Rensuke Natori, against the Bugsters.
