Template:Characterinfo Mitsuomi Gobara (郷原 光臣, Gōbara Mitsuomi) was a former astronaut and member of the Kiwami Project. After being possessed by a member of the Blood Tribe while on an expedition, he secretly worked alongside Yoshiko Tajimi in Hokuto to help Evolto accomplish his goals and ignite the Japanese Civil War. He is also responsible for choosing Kasumi Ogura to be turned into a Smash. When Evolto united the the three regions of Japan, Mitsuomi became the new governor of Seito. He uses the Zebra Lost Fullbottle to transform into the Zebra Lost Smash (ゼブラロストスマッシュ, Zebura Rosuto Sumasshu).
Character History
Ultimately, "Mitsuomi" was defeated alongside "Ryoka" by Kamen Riders Rogue and Grease. [Kamen Rider Build: Be The One]
