Mitsuba Shimamura (島村 三葉, Shimamura Mitsuba) is a restaurant manager and boyfriend of Yukarisu who "transforms" into "Riderman" (ライダーマン, Raidāman).

Mitsuba is such a big fan that he boldly states that Riderman is the hottest of all the Kamen Riders, and when fighting, he plays with his enemies with the arms he wears and a fighting style based on Aikido.
